- WLWesley LitwinJul 3, 20261.0I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this location is awful. Delivery guy messed up my order. Left out all the sides and drinks. Called to rectify, manager apologized, and said next time there’d be a free pizza left in my name. Called to redeem a different manager was working, says there’s no notes about the free pizza. Papa John’s has been somewhere I’d ordered from my entire life, but now lost a customer because of incompetent management.

She welcomed us, helped us w what to order, was beyond accommodating and patient while my 2 daughters decided what they wanted. Can't say enough about how wonderful she is. Thank you. Every time I come Nahji customer service is outstanding and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. He’s professional, respectful, hardworking, and always keeps a positive attitude no matter how busy it gets. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the team around him. Honestly, the way he handles everything, he should be the manager because he already leads by example. Great employees like Nahji are hard to find, and he’s a big reason this location stands out. Keep up the amazing work! PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS🍕
