    Food can be a bit pricey but the quality isn't bad, won't deter me from a 5 star since I choose to come here all the time. Great place and awesome staff 👍

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experiences at the Panera Bread Coral Springs location. On May 1, 2026, at approximately 8:31 PM near closing hours, I purchased two cookies as part of my order. Unfortunately, the cookies were never included despite being paid for. I returned to the Coral Springs location today in an attempt to resolve the issue and simply receive the two cookies that I already purchased. To my disappointment, management refused to honor the purchase or correct the mistake. The situation was handled poorly and left me extremely upset. The manager involved identified herself as Aaron, however she was not wearing any visible name tag. During the interaction, she stated that I should have called the same day or the following day because this is a “common issue” and they normally write incidents like this in their office notes. Frankly, it is unacceptable that missing paid items are considered a “common issue” at this location. That statement alone raises serious concerns regarding quality control, customer service, and management practices. Additionally, there is nothing on the receipt stating any required protocol, deadline, or policy advising customers that they must report missing items the same day or within a certain timeframe. Customers should not be expected to know or follow unwritten policies that are not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. In addition to this issue, I also want to address the overall environment at this location. During my visits, employees and management were speaking loudly and using curse words openly in front of customers. There were also children present who could clearly hear the inappropriate language and behavior. This type of conduct is completely unacceptable in a family-oriented customer service environment and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Customers and families should not have to experience hostile, unprofessional, or vulgar behavior while simply trying to enjoy a meal or resolve an issue respectfully. This entire experience demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately. At minimum, I expect reimbursement or replacement for the items that were paid for but never received, along with corrective action regarding the behavior and professionalism displayed at this location. I expected much better from Panera Bread and hope this complaint leads to meaningful improvement. Sincerely, Charles

    I had a chicken cesser salad and there was a live bug 🐜 in it. I went and told them mgr never said im sorry I had to ask for my money back and they made me a new 1, these ppl that work here r kids and r clueless they don’t even clean the tables. Health hazard. Maybe board of health should come here and check on this place.

    I’ve loved Panera and have been going for years, but this location has been consistently disappointing. It’s the closest one to me, yet there’s almost always some kind of issue with my order. The staff and managers also come across as unfriendly and sometimes even condescending, which really affects the overall experience. It’s always very crowded, which I understand since it’s a popular spot, and the food itself is still good. But the service here really takes away from it. Unfortunately, it’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive farther for a better experience.
