- JPJay P3 days ago1.0Jill is a terrible manager. After sitting waiting for food that probably was around $300.00 in an empty restaraunt for well over an hour, 2 of our 4 kids fell asleep as it was 9:45 on a school night and our orders went in at 8:30, there was no food in sight. Her answer???? They food is about to come out, just pay $9 for the drinks and you can go ill void the food. Kids going home hungry tonight and that $300 worth of food probably going in trash…. Bad service, from a person who shouldnt be managing a restaraunt.

Tonight: med rare was well done, app came out after our first side, food runner dripped the steak plate all on my leg and didn't say a word (completely unaware ), bar staff was 1/2 attentative ( only 1 other customer at bar so total 3) . They were nice to comp the app for the forgetfulness and a drink for the steak juice spill. Otherwise needs approvements.

The quesadilla was just meat, cheese and flour, when I asked the waitress what that was about, she said, since you asked for no onions, they also took out the bell peppers, but she never stated that the onions and the bell peppers were a mixture. Then she offers for me to change my food and they will take the quesadilla off of my check. She tells me it’s gonna take 10 minutes for them to make me a burger. I say no onions and no cheese. Great. 40 minutes later I tell the manager “you know what, I need to go. It’s Late, you guys told me it was going to be 10 minutes for the burger and that was 40 minutes ago.” Finally! at the last minute, as I’m walking out of the door, she brings out the bag. I would assume that after 40 minutes you guys managed to get my food right. I drive 25 minutes home thinking everything‘s cool. Open up the bag they forgot my cheesecake. And then I look at my burger, what’s on it? Cheese. Burger is supposed to come with pickles, no pickles. One measly looking slice of tomato on there potato looked old and half burnt. I always hear people rave about how good outback is, I guess to each their own. This is my second time having a bad experience with them. To me, my taste buds are a little bit more refined to consider this kind of food good.
- EEESep 4, 20265.0I am writing a review to celebrate our server Michelle and the quality of this location overall. Firstly, Michelle deserves to be acknowledged as the Outback and General MVP of The Year, she is so kind, personable, and fun to be around! I was impressed by her pacing, personality, and wits. She made us laugh, she made us feel cared for. I felt like she personally invested in our time together which is a rare talent that takes a special person to provide that kind of service. I wish there was a Michelle at every Outback, this location is truly lucky to have such a spectacular person working for them. Now, the food- also Outback does it again, great apps, great wedge and blue salad, and a perfect Lobster Tail and Filet and for a very affordable price. This location seems to have its table management down too, clean, quiet even with a packed bar for those of you who are sensory-sensitive (I am too!). I think this location is great and will be back to enjoy more steak and apps!

Choice of 2 kinds of shrimp, or a huge burger, with choice of potatoes 3. Cheesecake Went with my son for a late lunch and we ordered a blooming onion to start... It was awesome...! Then came great potato soup for me and a large house salad for my son... We both knew we were in trouble when they brought the burgers...! HUGE 1/2 pound plus burgers, loaded up with all the extras (incl blooming onion pieces on top) and a more than generous portion of fries... No possible way to eat all of that, plus have room for cheesecake... Sure enough, we finished our burgers, but had 1/2 a blooming onion and both of our cheesecakes to take home... Incredible sized portions of GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE & A GREAT ATMOSPHERE...💯‼️💯 Will most definitely be going back...! This was WAAAY BEYOND GOOD and an even BETTER DEAL...✅️✅️✅️ No way to oversell my rating on this one...!
