  Maybe they were under staffed but we waited to be seated when the restaurant was almost empty. We waited to place our order. It took an hour to get our food. My chicken was over cooked and others were under seasoned. The bloomin onion was over cooked. We were never given appetizer plates and finally took them from another table. The server never came back to refill drinks. Then they forgot to give us the dessert we had ordered. Overall a very disappointing meal. I doubt we will be back.

  We came here for lunch and perhaps because we chose a holiday (Mother’s Day) we ha to wait a long time to get our meals. Even though our server was trying to be polite there was times where we were left at the table for long periods of time and it was a challenge to add a drink or something else to our order at the table. We tried their Blooming Onion, classic sirloin with shrimp, baked potatoes and beer. We would have to go back and try it again to really measure the quality of their service on a regular day The manager gave us a discount due to the amount of time we had to wait.   Drove 40 minutes to meet family at this Outback and since my whole party wasn’t there yet they wouldn’t sit me. I advised the hostess that I came early to get table and order some appetizers a drinks but they insisted I had to wait which is ridiculous. My party arrived about 10 min later and I advised the hostess, who by the way lacks customer service. I let her know that my party is here can I be seated now, again they insisted that they need to be inside meanwhile another party of 6 got sat down right away. This restaurant could have made additional money as my sister and I who arrived early could have ordered drinks and appetizers for ourselves while we wait. That was very frustrating as I just drove 40 minutes to get a table to be tood I have to wait meanwhile they keep sitting people down. The food came out good only issue was my salad came out without dressing and took a bit to finally get it. Had a few hick ups with some of our orders but he was apologetic.

  Horrible staff in to-go area.waited 20+ min for my food to be done after receiving a message saying my food was ready for pick up. Just dine in if you have to. Don’t waste your time here. You’ll be waiting outside for them to finish prepping the food.

  Our service was very slow and typical for what you get these days, ignored by your servers. This is unfortunately what we have come to expect from younger people these days...they just don't really see the need to put out the effort to serve you. What they don't realize is that the more effort you put in serving and taking care of people, the more tips you make!!!! Sorry about that rant, but just had to say it!!! The food was good, served hot and very tasty!! Prices have really gone up, but no more than anywhere else. The Outback is still our go-to for a good steak! We went at about 5pm so it wasn't crowded..just steady. Still 9ne of my favorite steak places!!!!
