  Every time I visit this location, I receive unpleasant treatment from the employee. I initially thought the issue lay with a specific employee. However, today I had an even worse experience with the manager. I ordered a decaf coffee and she attempted to serve me regular coffee because their machine was out of order; thereby endangering my life, as I suffer from hypertension. I asked her to give me a different type of coffee, but she insisted that I pull over and wait. She even threatened to call the police if I do not move my car. That manager seems to forget that it is the customers who pay her paycheck. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO ANY Mcdonald. It would be good if, one day, no customers showed up at all to this location

  For fast food that is not healthy the food was fresher than most location in Coral Springs and I went approximately 1pm-2pm on a Friday. Although I am aware it is not healthy when I want hot crispy perfectly salted fries from Micky D GIVE IT TO ME(BEAST VOICE)! 🤣🤣🤣 Fries were so good that my daughter who is not a fan of fries actually ate them all. I had to wait a little bit but it was worth it for warm burgers and nuggets and hot fries. Soda tasted water down but I guess it's the balance to all the poison I am consuming. Went through the drive thru so can't gage the atmosphere.

  I ordered takeout on the McDonald's app, but I didn't get the two honey mustard sauces I bought and the sauce in a set meal. My order included 6 chicken nuggets, but I only received 4. I have never encountered such a problem at any other store. It really makes me angry.

  Poor service to drivers rude and disrespectful for pickup. They act like they can't hear you and joking around. Turn off the Mike when your ordering your food

  I ordered food then asked for a refund because I was charged to much manager sent refund back to wrong card that account was closed came back the next day . Now they acting like it's a problem to take care of a refund that was never returned . Stanley stated the money will return to the account called my bank they have no recollection of a refund which they can see everything on my account. I was over charged then wasn't refunded because he was so busy he didn't wanna deal with it after I explained the situation to him . Now they had me call a district manager who basically didn't want to talk to me because he is on vacation in Russia . and says the store needs to deal with it now I'm waiting another 30 40 minutes just for my money to be returned . This store is very clean but very unorganized when It comes to customer service this issue should've been handled yesterday at the point of sale and it wasn't now I'm here with another crew who has no recollection of yesterday's events . The worst mcdonalds ever when it comes to customer service . They do not care you stand in front of them with problems or concerns and moving at their own pace while having full conversations while I'm standing here waiting on results even just observing other customers it taking forever just for a sandwich an coffee. WORST MCDONALDS ever .... Save your money or go somewhere else ...
