  I give service one star because of the customer service (WHICH IS IMPORTANT) As I entered the establishment, someone would believe that the cashiers and I knew each other. The young lady that attended to me was very unfriendly. Customer service means a lot. A good afternoon would have been sufficient. I repeat, the young lady looked like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her a question about avocados as I saw they had avocados on the menu and her response was with an attitude. I gave one star because the young man who gave me the patties was courteous enough to say have a nice day otherwise it would be zero. I live close to the restaurant but won’t go back. I hope corporate see this and give their employees some training. Please take a page out of chick fil-a book.

  literally bought one curry chicken, one beef patty, and a water. The beef patty was OK but the curry chicken one was disgusting. Took it back inside the store and told them that I did not like it and that was my first time ordering that patty and they would not switch it for me. I had to buy another beef patty so I end up spending $20 on three beef patties and one of them. I did not eat because they wouldn’t change out the curry chicken patty for a beef patty never coming back to the store never Eating juicy patty ever again I just think that was so unprofessional and so inconsiderate because I do eat juicy patty all the time

  Order from Ubereats and had the chicken curry pattie. There was literally a pinch of chicken in the Pattie. That’s very disappointing. I also had the beef Pattie’s. The dough was stale. The beef Pattie barely had beef. It was more like sauce. I would never order from this company. I would travel to Miami to get patties.

  Quickest juicy patties. Hot fresh and ready was so happy. Such a nice greeting as well

  Normally, food is great. This review is for today. I was charged for 3 Coco Bread and Patty combos. I was given only 1 Coco Bread. Mind you, it’s the whole reason we drove out of our way for it. Patty we can get closer to home but that fabulous Coco bread… mmm. Only at Juici Patties. Sadly, even when you pay for it, it isn’t guaranteed. Sofia, how are you going to make this right? Thanks.
