Food was disappointing based on their brand name, burnt masala in mysore masala dosa
Food was good and yummy, the new menu and looks awesome,
Only issue with the quantities of the food, Daal Makhani was very less. Overall it was great experience.
@jalsacoralspring is bringing the spice back to Indian cuisine! 🔥
Recently opened in Coral Springs, this is not your typical Indian restaurant. The space is modern, perfect for a date or special occasion but the food is really what makes this place standout from the competition. Jalsa Indian Modern Kitchen is where tradition meets innovation. Bold spices, refined flavors, and a modern twist on Indian classics. 🇮🇳
I highly recommend starting with the Pani Puri shots and Tandoori. If you like spicy, then get the Lamb Rogan Josh and Briyani or any of their “real” curries. They have so much more on the menu so I guess I just need to come back in the near future!
I just stopped by yesterday to try Indian food and me and my daughter loved the food.He gave us time to look over the menu , didn't feel rushed. The food came out quickly too..They give you a lot of food for your money.I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came.I even asked him if he made a mistake because it wasn't a lot of money. He even showed me what was on the bill .I still couldn't believe how little it cost We couldn't eat it all,so we took the leftovers home...The man who runs it(Sorry I forgot his name)was very attentive,I love the music that was playing We will definitely go back there. It now one of my favorite places.

My wife and I ate here at Jalsa Indian Modern Kitchen in Coral Springs, and we really enjoyed the experience there. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt warm, welcoming, and different from the usual dinner spot. The atmosphere had a modern, polished feel, but it still felt comfortable and inviting.
What made it stand out to us was how much care seemed to go into the whole experience. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You could tell thought went into each dish, and that made the meal feel even more enjoyable. We left feeling like we had found a place we would truly want to come back to. Our food as you will see in the pictures we took is what you will experience.
Fenil was our waiter and he was able to explain the menu and what flavors we would experience. Some spicy, some with flavors that open your palette. The Mango drink was excellent along with the dessert, do not pass on it. Our main meal was excellent, I normally do not eat Lamb, I did have a piece from my wife's plate and WOW, really changed my mind. My Chicken was equally excellent over rice.
If you are looking for a restaurant that feels a little more special while still being relaxed and enjoyable, Jalsa is definitely worth trying. It is behind the Fedex and ATT building.
