I placed a mobile order, already knowing it was probably going to be busy, since there was a BoGO special going on. This place was beyond packed, with many waiting customers looking pretty frustrated. I waited patiently for my order, and although it took quite a bit longer than the eta given on the app, I couldn't help but notice how well the employees worked together as a team, getting orders out as quickly as possible, and making sure all customers were being taken care of, all while keeping their cool, and remaining friendly & polite. My order was accurate, and the burgers were great as always, but the employees at this location really made what could've been a stressful experience, a pleasant one instead. Much appreciated! 👏

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
