First of all to just stand around and gawk at the customer with rude comments, is not the best customer service to come into. If you don't want to work then "Get Out" Not only were there lazy and uncordial workers,now let me talk about the 2 burnt burgers I received. When did the fries change. Now no more cup of fries but now wrapped in greasy paper. The fries were cold and limp. Maybe if the workers would take a little more pride in what they are doing the food would be a little better. Going off of my order today I do not think I will be frequenting this establishment any time soon.

Post-ordering, while I was securing seats and soft-drinks, my wife was subjected to one of the employees directing intentional defamatory comments toward her while she was near the counter area. We are a racial couple (I'm caucasian, she's Haitian-American) with a considerable age difference. The male employee vocalized "sugar daddy, sugar daddy" directly at her to which she refused to engage him. We opted to report this inappropriate conduct after our visit. During our visit the workers were obviously not being properly supervised as many of them were acting out in a very unprofessional manner that was not welcoming to the store. We frequent the Fort Lauderdale location and have never experienced such unprofessional, rude and offensive conduct.
