- LLLuis LujanJun 18, 20262.0am extremely disappointed with the service I received today, June 18, at approximately 2:40 PM at the Dunkin’ location on Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs (Store #335547). When I entered the store, there were no customers being served. A young employee was wiping down the front counter. Another customer entered behind me, and both of us stood at the counter waiting to place an order for several minutes. During that entire time, we were never greeted, acknowledged, or told that someone would be with us shortly. Basic customer service starts with a simple “Hello” or “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, we were completely ignored while the employee continued cleaning. After waiting approximately five minutes, I politely asked if someone could take our order. The employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, “I’m coming. I was trying to finish this up.” The poor attitude continued while he took my order. He repeatedly sucked his teeth, rolled his eyes, and appeared visibly annoyed that customers were waiting to be served. When I asked if there was a problem, he responded that there wasn’t, but his body language and attitude said otherwise. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. What makes this especially disappointing is that I visit this location regularly and have generally had positive experiences with the staff. Most employees are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this particular employee’s behavior reflected very poorly on the store. Customers should never feel like they are inconveniencing an employee by simply trying to place an order. Acknowledging customers, treating them with respect, and maintaining a professional attitude are basic expectations in any customer-facing business. I hope management addresses this issue, as this level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I have come to expect from this location.

This location is so small so they do not get the same inventory as bigger ones and some people are just so rude about it. I prefer this location because the next closest one, the staff are awful and rude!
