- ALAlicia LopezMay 3, 20261.0I’ve been going to this Dunkin for awhile now and was always satisfied but for the past 2 days it has gone downhill. Trash everywhere inside and outside. Staff absolutely does not care and treats customers as an inconvenience. Waited about 20 minutes for a sandwich and a coffee and there was no other customers in the store. Only then did I come up and ask what was going on and the worker was texting on their phone and brought someone else out and they acted annoyed and said they didn’t have what I wanted… seriously..???And on top of that they made my food with an attitude. Wow. Fire every one of them. Lazy and incompetent.

The other day I got banana and i almost puked .I never ordered that's I feel like for $6 I deserve to get what I pay for. Now I drive 15 minutes down the road to Cali coffee... I will still go to Dunkin just not for coffee. At Dunkin my coffee order never changes but the latte taste different each time. You should focus on consistency.

Attendant doesn’t pay attention on order and have no manners to talk to customers! Just stay away from it. It’s a better places with better employees to help start your day and spend your money!
