- KGKorvin GironAug 10, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this location every single Monday for about two years. Normally, the older morning staff is fantastic and provides great customer service. Today, however, was a massive disappointment, and unfortunately, you’ve lost a loyal regular. I stopped by in a rush for my usual coffee and croissant. I never mind a reasonable wait, but today there were five employees behind the counter listening to loud music and completely ignoring customers. I stood at the counter for four minutes in dead silence without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. Not wanting to start my Monday dealing with that kind of service, I decided to walk out. Only as I was heading through the door did one of the employees notice me, offer a delayed 'How can I help you?', and then just drop an 'Ohhh...' as I left. It’s really sad to see a place I’ve supported every week turn into this, but after today's experience, I won't be back.
- VGVictor GuesalagaJul 29, 20261.0As I pull into the parking lot, an suv in front of me stops and a person gets out, throws a red plastic cup with milk on the floor and walks in to Dunkin Donuts, she works there, nasty attitude, the service is turtle slow , a lot of laughing and joking starting with the manager, while 4 to 5 customers are waiting for the order or wanting to place an order Finally my turn, as I ask what I want, ice black coffee, 1 donut, hoping that I would not get the nastiest one with the cup story, as I order, the person ask me twice what did I want because in the middle of me placing the order she turns and atarts laughing with the manager about something. I wish that the owner bew about all this. As a business owner myself, I would never have that level of people serving my customers. Do something, shame on the ma ager that's worst example

I don’t know if they didn’t have it or what but that should have been told to the door dasher , and I can’t return it at all. Waste of money
