  The customer service was excellent. We were greeted when we entered store. The store was clean and had exactly what we were looking for.

  Night shift Friday night was so lazy. I’ve been seeing the fruity pebbles shake, blizzard and parfait creations all over social media so we tried to order the blizzard and was told it only comes in a shake. I then asked how about a parfait…no, only a shake. Either I went to the wrong store or got the wrong employee tonight. You would think if you have all the ingredients, why couldn’t you make it in a different form?

  Absolutely terrible terrible terrible customer service. The person at the register saw me standing at the pick up area for a solid seven minutes and continued to take customers orders and act like I wasn’t there even after I got the notification that the order I was there to pick up was Ready. I cannot say how terrible the customer service is absolutely humiliating For the franchise owner
