  Listen this restaurant! These kids that you're hiring is bringing your restaurant down to the dogs is very messy right now, It's stink outside the garbage can is stink? Okay. You need to get here and check on your restaurant I've been coming here for the last 21/2years, because it's close to my house, doesn't matter who you hire, it's PURE MISERY!, Which is conducive to a bad experience for your Customers, these kids you've hired handle your Food Extremely sloppily, they hate their jobs and they make it Quite obvious they don't know how to mask it, especially when dealing with customers we're NOT Blind! if I were you, I would try to hire Your Mama I would Pay her EXTREMELY WELL to make sure that your Customer Service Is EXCELLENT for Your Customers! i've done customer service to the Fullest! I know you don't be in the mood every day I was the same way, but I learned I cannot have people thinking that I am a horrible person and making them feel horrible also, it wasn't right So, I'd constantly check myself! do you own the one down on sample road Aso? Most Times I drive way down there just for better customer service Yeah! I'm not even the one to complain Truthfully I'm a kind lovely person.❤️ yeah, but fr..fr.. You gotta come to your restaurants and check out this waste container, it really smells bad and you know, that's like a Lil State Health you know, a OSHA Issue yeah!

  I just purchased two bowls, and unfortunately, the rice in both was extremely sour. We couldn't eat either of them. I'm very disappointed, especially after spending $24.

  Ordered a very simple meal. Bowl with white rice and the normal chicken with cheese with a large chips. I was given a hot spicy chicken. I took a bit of it and realized they gave the wrong chicken. I go up and ask for a new bowl with the correct chicken. 3 employes sat there arguing with me that I'm wrong. One girl with dark curly hair at the register was very rude to me to where I asked her to stop arguing with me. Here is the food this is not what I wanted. She was very disrespectful and I told her so. Got to the point I nolonger wanted the food and asked for my money back. That was a big issue to her. She tossed my refund at me change falling into there tip jar being even more of a rude disrespectful person to me. Then I didn't even get a full refund. Worst experience I have ever had at this chain. And to top it they didn't give a receipt to me so I couldn't even report it corporate I had to leave a review here.
