- KEKristin England1 day ago2.0This location is usually likely to be out of something. Waited in a line just now was then told no chicken would be available for 2 hours. This has happened before with no chicken, as well as no chips, no black beans. Today there were also no forks or napkins. Would have been helpful if they could announce that they are out of chicken to the customers. I have driven to the other location and much better service. The staff is fine here, however, always out of items. Whoever is in charge of ordering items and food is lacking.

I visited this restaurant expecting the same level of service I’ve received at other Chipotle locations, but instead I was treated with complete disrespect. The serving line I was in ran out of rice, yet there was clearly rice available on the other side. I politely asked if they could use the rice that was already prepared so I could complete my order. Instead of trying to help, the employees refused. To make matters worse, a manager/team leader named Barkley was brought over. Rather than finding a reasonable solution or assisting a paying customer, he sided with the employees and continued refusing to serve me despite the fact that rice was visibly available elsewhere. Throughout the interaction I remained respectful and simply asked to be served the food that was already prepared. The most frustrating part was that some of the younger employees appeared to find the situation amusing and laughed as I was leaving. Being mocked after being denied service is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the culture and management of this location. Customer service, professionalism, and basic respect were all missing during this visit. I left without food and with a very negative impression of this restaurant. Management should seriously review how customers are treated and train employees on professionalism and conflict resolution. I will not be returning to this location.
