- LSL StennettMay 8, 20261.0I would not recommend ordering from this company through Uber eats. I ordered a salad and they didn’t pack the dressing. Instead of coming up with a resolution like sending some dressing over because it was their mishap or asking me to come and pick up some dressing they tell me to take it up with Uber eats. I will never order from them again and I will make sure to share this every where I can because this isn’t a hospitable restaurant it’s just a low class business!

I stopped by yesterday for the first time in almost two years, and the improvements, especially to the drive-thru are impressive. There’s no longer traffic backing up onto University Blvd, which is a huge plus. Even with a long line (it is Chick-fil-A, after all everyone loves it) the service moved quickly. The team members were also consistently friendly. It’s refreshing to see young employees who genuinely seem happy and engaged, rather than looking like they’d rather be anywhere else but work.
- WBWidelande BonheurApr 23, 20261.0This store usually where I brought my salad , today I brought a salad the meat tasted awful I called and spoke to a manager and I was told I can bring the salad later because I was on my way to work, later I went to the store a different manager tried to initiate the food didn’t look bad or taste bad , I literally explained to him that by just looking at me, I’m never coming to this store again hopefully they closed down for good.

We were setting up a bouquet of flowers for a friend in a hospital, the owner, Ricardo, came over and gave a small gift for our friend! Customer service is above and beyond at this location. They actually care about you, and I’ve had multiple people asking if everything is up to standards with our food. Would 1000% recommend this place for others.
