- KCKayleen Castillo1 day ago1.0Absolutely horrible customer service and communication from Papa John's! We placed an order during our lunch break, only to find out that our order had been pushed aside because they were prioritizing a larger order. Not once were we contacted, notified of the delay, or given any updates whatsoever. We are nurses, and our lunch breaks are limited. We planned our lunch around this order, only to have our entire break wasted due to their lack of communication and consideration. To make matters worse, when we spoke with Kevin, we were basically told that our only option was to pick up the food ourselves, even though our lunch break had already been taken up waiting for an order that should have been ready. There was absolutely no attempt to accommodate us, offer a credit, or even provide a reasonable solution for the inconvenience. Just because another customer places a larger order does not mean smaller orders should be pushed aside or treated as less important. Every paying customer deserves the same level of service and respect. Extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer service is honestly ridiculous. We will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again.

- SSSol SummersJun 23, 20265.0Hats off to the person that was handling the pizzas by the oven! By far the best pepperoni pizza I've had! They know exactly how to get it to the right crisp💯

- CVCharlie VizosoMay 18, 20261.0Avoid ordering from this Papa John’s!!! Worst pizza quality, rude employees and worst customer service attitude by manager on duty on 5/18 at 3 PM EST. I hope the 40 dollars you charged for a canceled order due to the time it takes to deliver an pizza goes along way vs the fact that I will never purchase from this store again and will be your worst advocate. Very short vision on your part.
