  Muy ricos helados y smoothies, no son baratos , pero son refrescantes para el calor de Miami. El chico que atiende muy atento, recomiendo 100 %

  🍦🍨🌴🍧❄️ If Häagen-Dazs had a translation, it might as well be “yummy ice cream,” and that’s exactly what this Miracle Mile location delivers. The funny part is the name is completely made up, proving you don’t need to speak the language to understand good ice cream! The Dazzlers are probably impossible for any reasonable person to finish solo, but perfect for splitting between two or three. Sammie did a great job taking care of our group and getting us properly sugared up before heading next door for some theater entertainment.

  Sus Helados super delicious, pero me acabo de llevar la peor experiencia con sus dos dependientas en Su turno de noche, ahora mismo a las 9pm, tengo uno de mis helados en el counter y una de Ellas empezo a limpiar y poner liquido de vidrios, spraying mi helado, y las dos con mala actitud, tirando sus utensilios y con mala cara. El servicio al cliente es primordial.

  We visited the Häagen-Dazs location on Miracle Mile on June 13, 2026, between approximately 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I have a serious nut allergy, and at most ice cream shops, employees are willing to take reasonable precautions, such as using a clean scoop and serving from a fresh container in the back to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. When we explained my allergy, the employee quickly told us that she could not accommodate it and immediately returned to watching the FIFA game on a laptop. Two young employees were working at the time, and despite there being only one other customer waiting, they seemed distracted, rushed, and more focused on the game than assisting customers. I completely understand that a business may not be able to guarantee an allergen-free environment, but the lack of concern, explanation, or effort to assist was extremely disappointing. We left without ordering.
