I called the store to see what happened and they said a fake Postmates driver walked in and stole the order. I asked them what they can do and they couldn’t remake the meal. Mind you, the store handed the order to the supposed Postmates driver without asking them for the delivery code and yet they can’t own up and remake the food and give it to the real driver. Horrible customer service, horrible and lazy execution on the staff handing the food over without asking for the delivery code first. Common sense clearly is not used at this store.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
