    They're totally fine with giving you a messed up order, telling you on the phone that they'll remake it, but it will be 20-25min, and then when you get there they didn't actual remake it at all, and won't. Manager literally admitted that he just lied to me. So if you're fine with paying for something you're not gonna get and wasting your time and gas, this is definitely the place for you.

    Very disappointed with this Domino’s location. They got our order wrong not once, but three times. The first time, we ordered a thick crust pizza and received a thin crust instead. We didn’t complain or ask for a refund. We simply placed another order online, making sure the specifications were clearly entered. Once again, we received a thin crust pizza instead of the thick crust we had ordered. After waiting more than an hour and a half for them to remake it for a third time, what was most surprising was the customer service. The cashier on duty today, Anelis, seemed more interested in justifying the mistakes than apologizing for them. She even denied that our first order was placed the way we described. Why would anyone assume customers would willingly spend more money ordering another pizza and waste their own time if the original order had been correct? Mistakes happen, but what truly made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and even a simple apology. Three mistakes in a row and poor customer service are unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

    Ordered pizza through uber eats and it said that the food arrived 4 minutes after I placed the order but it never came. I think this place is scamming and I would highly recommend that everyone avoids eating here.

    I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza and received a completely different pizza instead. When I called to have the correct order delivered, I was told I would need to pay an additional delivery fee to fix their mistake. That alone was frustrating, but the only alternative they offered was for me to drive back to the store, return the wrong pizza, and pick up the correct one myself. That is not an acceptable resolution. If a business makes an error, the customer shouldn’t be inconvenienced or asked to spend more time and money to correct it. The person I spoke with either didn’t have the authority to handle the situation properly or chose not to, but the “solution” offered fell far short of basic customer service. There was also no apology when I returned to the store. To make matters worse, the pizza we did receive was mediocre at best as it had barely any cheese and lacking overall quality. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend based on both the service and the food.

    I had a terrible, terrible, terrible experience at this store. My order took 50 min and both Grosvin and the young, long-haired with a cap "team lead " female employees were awful to deal with. Grosvin kept hanging up the phone each time the phone would ring (watched it from the restaurant window while I was parked) . He never heard what I had to say and simply picked up the handheld and put it down ignored me so no more callers came through (my family also tried calling from other #s) . Both of these incompetent employees were never professional nor apologetic about my order's delay. They seemed cynical when i expressed my frustration. I am still waiting to hear from corporate.
