  The Pollo tropical on flamingo Road is one of the best I’ve been to although they do take a while to get my food out. I still receive great service in good attitude the workers ensure that I have everything that I need even when it’s really busy. even if my food is wrong, they make sure to get it right the second time

  pollo tropical on Cooper city Is the best Pollo I’ve been to whenever I go and drive through the ensure my food is correct and that I have all the sauces I asked for especially those two girls that are always working at night

  Does Pollo Tropical corporate management ever read these reviews? The service is awful with rude, uncaring staff, wrong orders always...ALWAYS...when you point out errors they try to make it seem like it's your fault. The inside is filthy. And it isn't just me or a couple of unhappy people. Read the reviews. How is this place allowed to operate?

  La atención y aptitud del manager fue Terrible delante de otros clientes la fui a pagar una orden y muy grosero y sarcástico no me quería vender una sopa porque no tenía cambio ustedes pueden creer eso que un negocio como pollo tropical no tenia cambio y entonces me salio con 100 billetes de dollar para darme 97 de cambio guauuuu increíble, me moleste tanto que al final no lo van a creer le dio la orden sarcásticamente y con una sonrisa en la boca a la chica del drive thrue que me diera el cambio....que opinan tremendo servicio no les recomiendo nunca ir a ese pollo tropical...gracias The manager's attitude and demeanor were terrible—and right in front of other customers, too! I went to pay for an order, and he was incredibly rude and sarcastic. He actually refused to sell me a soup because he didn't have any change. Can you believe that? A business like Pollo Tropical—not having any change? Then, he suddenly pulled out a stack of one-dollar bills to give me my $97 in change. Wow—unbelievable! I was so annoyed that, in the end—you won't believe this—he sarcastically handed the order to the drive-thru attendant, with a smirk on his face, and told *her* to give me the change. What do you think? Just tremendous service. I would never recommend going to that particular Pollo Tropical. Thanks.

  The location on flamingo and Griffin in Cooper City was doing much better after a while, a poor service and a dirty restaurant. Tonight, unfortunately it seems like they've gone back to their old ways by not training their employees appropriately or hiring ones that are skilled enough. My son went there and they did not even know if they had the food he ordered in house. He waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through waiting for his food. They did not give him utensils nor offer if he wanted sauce. We love Pollo Tropical and get take out like twice a week at this location due to the quality of the food and usually the service at this location is good. Unfortunately they were not able to provide it this time. We are hopeful this is an anomaly and not the norm. Going forward. Please do better. We'd love this location.
