  I had a carry out order and the African American lady was on the phone with a customer helping her out. I waited patiently but the group of kids in the back were running their mouth instead of helping her. There were all types of inappropriate language used and they could clearly see I was standing there waiting to be helped. The nice lady who was on the phone was able to help me with my order after she finished helping the other customer on the phone.

  I'm giving this location a one star because I can't give them a zero. This location cancelled my order without calling me nor explaining why the order was cancelled. It was only one hour later, after my pizza didn't arrive, that I tracked it to see that it was cancelled. I contacted the store and they said, oh, you have to call the other location to have your pizza delivered. There was no option to select the other location during the online ordering process, but when I called back to ask them for help, Stephanie told me, oh, you still have to call the other location to fix the online issue. Essentially = I don't know how to help you, and I'm not willing to try. I have never had such an issue with Papa John's ever, meaning it is just this particular store location that simply doesn't care about customer's and doesn't have the basic respect to let a customer know that their order will not be arriving.
