  It seems they often have issues with drive thru accuracy. I ordered two mcdoubles and checked to see if in the bag, sometimes they short you, but this time gave me a regular hamburger in the wrap of the two mcdoubles. I mean that's just wrong and I'm not driving 10 minutes to get them replaced.

  I took my kids in for some happy meals and they were not so happy. We ordered double fries they all got apple slices. I went to the counter to ask them to correct it and the manager Brian was very unpleasant stated that he wasn't going to change it them. That , that is the way they come. I showed him my receipt and that I ordered them with double fries and he wasn't interested in even paying attention to it and walked away. This is they worst service I have received and will be call corporate about this behavior and disrespect given by this store and manager to me. The owner of this store really needs to look into his management a replace them because the are ruining his business unless that is what he wants.

  Went in to order food and I have to say that by far this is the worst service I have ever received. The staff at the counter was rude and nowhere to be found. The manager Brian has a nasty attitude and can't be bothered. On his phone and did not bother to see what was going on with the customer. I use to come to this McDonald's all the time and the service and team was amazing but when they changed managers it went to hell. I will not be stepping foot in this location again. The food quality is horrible service is just as bad and management and staff does too. I have to say by far the worst experience ever. If this is how the owner wants to run there establishment then their doing a grest job.
