Everything was so tasty and easy to love. The Beef Ossobuco was super soft and juicy, and the Ribeye was cooked exactly right. We also really enjoyed the Milanesa Toscana, which was crispy, fresh, and super delicious. For dessert, both the creamy Flan and the sweet Lemon Marquesa were such a sweet finish. Great vibe, amazing food, and awesome overall experience. Hands down one of our new favorite spots!
- GLGeraldine LaraSep 13, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the experience we had today. My husband, 2-year-old son, and I went for lunch and sat outside under the umbrellas. Right after ordering, it started pouring and thundering. We asked our waitress if there was a table available inside, but she said no and continued to serve customers who were under shelter while we were getting wet, with water dripping through the umbrella onto our son and our food. We tried to make the best of it, but as the thunder got worse, it was no longer safe to stay outside. We had to run inside, and to our surprise, there actually was an empty table. At that point, we were wet and standing inside waiting for chairs while the staff continued going about their service. I even had to go back outside myself in the pouring rain to start getting our food so we could finish our meal inside. I understand the weather was unexpected and that it may have created an overwhelming situation for the staff. What was so disappointing was the complete lack of urgency or initiative to help us, especially seeing that we had a toddler. I know the weather is out of our control, but it was so frustrating to see the staff continue tending to customers under shelter while we were getting wet and had to figure it out on our own. Our waitress apologized, but seemed to make light of situation by making jokes about how bad the weather was. She didn’t try to make it better in any way. This was our second time coming here because we like the atmosphere and location. Unfortunately, after the way this situation was handled, we will not be returning or recommending this place.
