  Every time I come here, they do minimum effort for the food. Their fries are always white and so soggy. I shouldn’t have to come home and put them in the air fryer… I don’t know what they’re doing in the back, but it’s definitely not cooking fries to perfection. McDonald’s is it really that hard to make fries they need to be trained all over again. This is fast food. All they have to do is drop the fries In the grease traps as well as the Nuggets. We don’t even demand perfect fries just fully cooked fries. I can taste the starch on the fries. I get it. McDonald’s isn’t a gourmet restaurant but come on now all a girl wants is some fully cooked fries. Staff needs to do better. We can’t keep consuming undercooked fries.. Even when I ask for them well done, they still come out undercooked. I don’t know if your timer is broken, but the staff needs to be retrained on how to make proper food or hire more people who are willing to do their job correctly. This was very disappointing and it’s McDonald’s. It’s hard to disappoint at a McDonald’s. I’m not loving it. #mcdisappointed
