The way she treats her customers is disgusting. I always try to shake it off and just enjoy my order because it's the dunkin' that is closer to our house. But today she crossed the line. I went with my SERVICE DOG who was waiting next to me and he was sat dawn. She yelled from the other side of the store to put my dog away from the table to what I responded that he is a service dog. I kept waiting for my order which took a little longer than usual but I understood because it was the weekend. And again the lady proceeded to yelled from the other side of the store. " THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GOING TO ASK YOU IN A NICE WAY TO PUT YOUR DOG AWAY" to what I only responded "excuse me?" When we finally got our order i went to her and tried to explain that I didn't think the way she asked for it was appropriate for a person who works in a store and that she needs to respect the customers, she literally threatened me with the way she said and even though i tried to explain my dog is a service dog she kept answering " i don't care i don't care" Completely wrong, disrespectful, disgusting behavior. Someone that cannot respect every type of customer shouldn't even be part of a team like this. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated. She is short and sadly she is always there. I wish I knew her name, but I don't.

I want to clarify that this is not our first visit to this café with our dog—it is the closest one to our home, and we go there several times a week at various times—yet the service we receive from this particular employee is always rude. This time, however, she completely crossed the line. Even other employees told her she was being rude, but she replied that she didn't care. Needless to say, we felt discriminated against, and we intend to escalate the matter to seek legal assistance.
