I ordered an iced macchiato with caramel, and the attendant handed me the cup with such arrogance that I didn't realize it was full of ice, and I asked for less ice. It was watery, they didn't use milk or add caramel, it was very bitter, worse than tea, disgusting, undrinkable it was so bad! In other words, I prioritize the store that's close to my house and I get this kind of treatment, just because I'm not American 🇺🇸 and my English isn't good, but everyone I go to understands me very well because I made a point of going to another store and ordering the same thing, BESIDES BEING TREATED VERY WELL WITH POLITENESS, RESPECT AND FRIENDLINESS, AND MY iced macchiato CAME OUT PERFECTLY EXACTLY AS I ASKED! This has nothing to do with that bitter, watery tea they gave me to drink as if I were a beggar. I treat everyone with respect and courtesy at my job; I don't mistreat anyone, regardless of their background—Japanese, European, Brazilian, African, Indian—it doesn't matter. Their money is the same. It's the customers who keep their jobs and salaries going. If you don't have customers, you'll be fired, so think about that and treat your customers better, the way you would like to be treated!

I had a horrible morning but when i came for my coffee tiffany noticed immediately and asked how everything was going and extended a friendly warm hug and she told me everything would be okay and just made my whole day better

She Has no respect or common courtesy to even talk to somebody and explain that they are out of something. Instead throws together some slop and serves it. Entire meal was actually disgusting and I get the same thing from dunkin atleast 5 times a week. After reading the other reviews, this seems to be a reccuring issue. Ownership at this store must not be very good. Only decent thing about this place is the guy who works at The cashier is awesome and actually professional ! All he does is actually show that he cares which makes him stick out like a piece of gold surrounded by a bunch of garbage at this location…. He’ll go places in the future… Can’t say the same for the other worker at all.
