  Ordered 3 crunchy chicken taco Supremes with no lettuce. Received 3 crunchy chicken tacos with just chicken and cheese. No sour cream. No pico. Why would I order more expensive tacos and then remove the items that make the taco more expensive? And why is this something that happens to me on a regular basis? Just because I think hot lettuce is gross?

  I was on my lunch break and the service sucks like very badly, so badly I won’t ever go there again. I walked in ordered my food the I guess manager was cleaning there was a line in front no one was attending the counter . The manager never stop to jump in and help till the end . A customer came in and said he was sitting in the parking lot for over 15 mins and the whole time helps food was sitting there getting cold and they didn’t brother to remake it or anything the service or horrible and I would shut it down if I didn’t have people to work if that’s the case . This place is an embarrassment to the franchise. Taco Bell should be ashamed .

  Food was your standard Taco Bell fare and we had several items with customization requests which were all made accurately. Heads up that there are combo boxes on the display menu that will not show up on their ordering kiosk or for the location on the app. They don't actively have someone available for taking orders so accessing those combo meals could be difficult if you were interested in them. Tables were DIRTY and remained sticky even when wiped down with baby wipes. We had a toddler with us and one highchair had a support piece fall off when we tried to take it to our table and the other didn't have all the parts needed to secure our child. The highchair, like the tables was sticky beyond repair.

  Obviously I could go on about just how trash this location is, mention how EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up the order by either giving me the wrong items or more commonly there are items missing, cold food or completely unacceptable wait times. But looking at these Google reviews it's 1000% clear that the franchise just doesn't care nor does corporate, nor does management. Not a single comment has a reply from some kind of higher up about getting the issue resolved. As far as the staff there holy crap these people/ employees are absolute slobs that have no pride in work place, work ethic or any kind of standard of working in the industry at all. If I could give a negative 5 star review you guys would absolutely get it.

  This establishment NEVER HAS DRINK CARRIERS! I run food delivery and is ALWAYS THE SAME STORY. Plus they are rude as hell and NEVER SAY hi to the customers or drivers. They ignore you as if you are not even there and when you ask them something they act like they didn’t hear you or answer rudely. Do better!!!
