  Both sonics in this area are terrible. Cocoa and Titusville. Probably owned by same person. Even the locals say they are terrible. Stick with Culver's. 45 minute wait in dri thru.

  Place is disgusting! Bathroom had trash all over the floor, hundreds of flies, food taste old and service is slow.

  The workers here are great. The rush times can get busy but they've been doing better lately and are quick to fix any problems. Will be back regularly based on this last experience. 👍

  I swear y'all hire the most incompetent people ever. I ordered 3 items, they lost the receipt or just don't give you one most of the time. Then you wait 5 minutes to get your food and it's missing a item? How is it that hard to get a order right, and they've been there for multiple months. Are we serious I get it it's Sonic and you get paid bad but you're telling me y'all don't have enough brain power to actually do your job properly? Upper management sucks

  Every time I’ve tried to come here I’ve waited 10-15 minutes at their ordering box for no one to answer and that’s after waiting in the mobile order pick up stall for 10+ minutes. This happens at all times of the day. Not sure how they even stay open. If it’s a matter of understaffing I feel for them but once I saw 4 of them outside just talking to each other while people were waiting in stalls so I’m not sure. 3 bad experiences in the past 2 weeks and this will be my last time coming here. The only reason I didn’t just call it quits this time is because I already mobile ordered and the app surely took my money quickly. Do better or close because this is tragic.
