  Come through to order snacking bacon numerous times been served cold. They tell me they aren’t allowed to serve it hot but all the other Dunkins in the area serve it hot. Then they tell me to order the sandwich to get it hot. I’ve talked to 3 other stores that this district manager runs and they serve it hot at those stores. They say the managers don’t allow them due to its pre made, then I bring up its sitting and growing bacteria if premade and served cold. Something needs to be done with this store. I’ve also ordered a Berry refresher the new blue one and the lady told me that’s not their product I said ma’am it’s the 2nd drink on your drive thru menu. She smarted off said what’s in it then , I stated I don’t work here how am I suppose to know it’s a new product this my 1st time to order it and she started to cuss me so I drove off. As a local in port Saint John it’s sad I can’t come here without always having issues. Management is rude , employees aren’t trained and rude. District needs to step in or corporate since they are privately owned!

  Thank you guys for fast and amazing service even with the drive thru line reaching out to the main road. Glad you guys have free wifi ai was able to set up shop there for 30 minutes to knock out some work. 🤙

  6$ for a coffee that is literally filled to the brim with ice. Two drinks and empty. Service abysmal.

  Was rude as hell and didn’t even make my drink properly and had 4 workers standing outside instead of doing their job
