Hardly ever open. Pay exorbitant fee for parking, only to discover they didn't open because the breeze was over 5 mph.

How can you explain this tiki! Not enough words to describe the beauty of the ocean 🌊. The sound of the waves. The smiles of the staff. The gorgeous wood bar top. If that could speak the stories it could tell. Lol. I begin with oysters 🦪 on the half shell. Awesome fresh. Wish I had more. The Bloody Mary was very nice compliment to the app. The grouper grilled sandwich is very tasty. And the gigantic curly fries are perfectly seasoned and not dried out. Cudo’s to the chef. Very well done. Of course a rum frozen drink for desert. Miami Vice! I lived it and had a great trip down memory lane because of it. Yes I had the white suite. So please don’t cheat yourself by missing out on a visit. You will enjoy it. C

Amazing views. Friendly service. Good cold beer and great selection of beverages. Not a fan of the food. The gator melt specialty sandwich tasted like processed chemicals. The burger was bland and not cooked to order. Go for the views and plan to eat elsewhere.

Oh my goodness! What an amazing atmosphere. Too bad all the servers don't give a s**t about there customers or customer service in general. To the owners, hire some decent service industry people and make this place somewhere that people come back to every time they're in town.

Beautiful Location, Disappointing Management Experience Unfortunately, what should have been a nice afternoon at Rikki Tiki Tavern turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. My partner and I sat down intending to order drinks and food. Like many people visiting Cocoa Beach and the Pier, we were taking a few short videos for TikTok/social media. We were not aware that filming was an issue, and we did not see any signage communicating a filming policy. What bothered us most was not being asked to stop filming—we would have had absolutely no problem complying, and we did. It was how management chose to handle it. The female manager walked past our table and, rather than simply approaching us herself and politely explaining the policy, sent our waiter over to tell us to stop filming. Her demeanor as she passed our table already felt unwelcoming, and the entire interaction left us feeling as though we were being treated like a problem before anyone had even spoken directly to us. We later spoke with security, who was actually very kind and professional and took the time to explain things to us. I also want to specifically say that our waiter, Jimmy, was not the problem, and I would not want this review to reflect negatively on him. He was simply put in the position of delivering management’s message. After the interaction, we completely lost our desire to stay, order drinks, or eat—which is unfortunate because the location itself is beautiful. Hospitality is not just about the view. It is about how you make paying customers feel. A 30-second, respectful conversation from the manager could have handled the entire situation differently. Instead, we left feeling unwelcome. Beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the management experience took away from it completely.
