STAY AWAY!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would! Food, bland and cold. I got the longboard burger and the burger patties were barely warm, and the sautéd onion was COLD. Very bland as well. Service, slow, and UNACCEPTABLY RUDE! Our server Doug T had to be reminded multiple times before bringing a lemonade to the table, ignored “thank you”’s from our table, brought out fries (the only good food there) instead of my wife’s pasta salad. Mistakes happen, yes, but the following behavior was downright shocking. There was a couple sitting a couple tables away from us that arrived well after we had sat down ordered the clam chowder, and a mere maybe 2 minutes later let Doug politely know that it was cold. They were as polite enough to say that they could just throw it in a MICROWAVE and bring it back. Doug denied the presence of a microwave and instead (visibly and audibly annoyed) said they would just remake it. He waked away scoffing and rolling his eyes. You would think that was the worst of it, but no, it gets better. He then, while near the kitchen (a mere 20 feet away), very loudly said: “The f****** chowder sat there for 20 minutes and they’re sitting under the AC, what the f*** did they expect” to a coworker. It was so audible that the poor lady that had ordered the chowder very obviously heard and BURST INTO TEARS. He came back a couple minutes later and clearly sarcastically said “hopefully this one is a little warmer for you” and walked away, once again, scoffing and rolling his eyes. This poor lady sat there for the next 20 or so minutes we ate just bawling her eyes out from embarrassment. I can understand someone like Doug having a bad day, but his behavior was downright unacceptable. If you work as a server in the hospitality industry, you should know how to act. Ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and would rather recommend STAYING AWAY. I very much so hope that Doug faces some sort of repercussions, as I have never seen ANYTHING of this sort in my life, and was appalled. Shame on you Doug T and Pier 62!

So we have been coming to Cocoa Beach for over 10 years and dining at the pier before or cruise for most of those 10 years. We went tonight with a friend of ours who has a seafood allergy. We simply asked for blackened chicken tacos, instead of blackened shrimp tacos, and were told no way possible. The waitress simply said we have a hot and cold side and they cannot be intertwined? I have been in the restaurant industry for 30 years and simply cannot believe they could not accommodate a simple task as this, they have chicken on their salads, chicken on their sandwiches, so , this is a quite simple request. The funny thing is, is that the other three folks in our party all wanted the lobster roll which by is the most expensive item on their menu, So basically they lost a $200 check over being petty about blackened chicken. I wish them nothing but success but I will never step Foot on that property again. You literally lost repeat customers for over six years minimum over blackened chicken, and trust me I will tell everyone I know about it. Peace out! Oh, and by the way, the waitress had a personality of a wet dish rag

This is a good place to eat outside or inside and a tiki bar. Listen to the water as you eat your meal. I look up and down the coast to watch the surfers and a swimmers along the beach with their umbrellas and lounge chairs. I would recommend this place to visit.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. Our waitress was nowhere to be found when we needed her, there wasn’t even salt or pepper on the table, and I ordered the grouper blackened but received fish that was basically raw and barely seasoned. Blackened grouper should have a flavorful, well-seasoned crust—not come out looking and tasting undercooked. Definitely not what I expected.

I am so thankful that I came to this place. This place is above what everyone else is saying. I don’t understand how it only got a four star review on Google. This place is above and beyond our waiter. David was the most amazing that we’ve had at any restaurant anywhere regardless of what we ate or where we’ve been. We are so thankful we started to go to another place and if we ever come back to Cocoa Beach, we will 100% be back here hands-down the greatest place ever. we had a few drinks and the drinks were absolutely amazing, the Cubano burger, the grouper sandwich and the California rolls and the oysters on the half shell raw and we had the fish dip hands-down the best so thankful for David our waiter wouldn’t have it no other way he needs a big promotion. and being right on the pier and the beach, we went down and played on the white sand afterwards. Awesome
