- AAAlex AloisioApr 3, 20251.0I ordered my food online, drove 20 minutes there, and the store was closed. There was a girl inside who was visibly upset, sort of crying while on the phone. She came running out to stop me and tell me my money was going to be refunded and she's so sorry she just showed up and no ones there and no one even opened today. Keep in mind this is at 2pm and they open at 11. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to get my money back. I can't even get a hold of anyone at corporate. Unfortunately I'll have to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointed. This was a waste of time away from my family while on vacation and I'll never get that time back. EDIT: The owners response is useless. I have been calling the store every day since this occurred and still no answer, no response from anyone. I will be contacting the Florida Attorney General regarding this matter.

Chicken temp is always piping hot and cooked through. My only big complain is the amount of waffle fries you get for a 13 dollar sandwich. Maybe 8 each time. They should load you up for the price because potatoes are cheap. I will eat there still once a week. Staff very friendly and always cleaning.A+ Took pic of waffle fries today when I got my order but don't see a place to share. EDIT:#1 I found and shared pic off small amount of waffle fries in the add photo section. EDIT:#2 why do they call it a meal if it doesn't come with a drink??? EDIT:#3 The chicken was tough again today for the 3rd time. IDK if it's because they don't pound the chicken evenly or if they simply don't brine their poultry.
