I personally didn’t feel the quality was anywhere near the pricing. I’ve had much better for far less. The staff was great.

We live in cb and were excited to try the steak house for our first time. First of all, our waitress Megann was fantastic. Attentive, professional, and polite. I ordered the rack of lamb and ordered it medium. Came out stiff and completely over cooked. Waitress agreed. I sent it back for another try, came back completely brown with absolutely NO signs of any pink in the meat. The manager came out and insisted it was cooked correctly and rejected the fact they would not cook me another one. This place is fake fancy. I will never recommend this place. It was our anniversary and were looking forward to some good food.. and we simply did not.

We had a very disappointing experience here, and unfortunately it wasn’t just the food—it was the way management handled the situation. When we arrived, there was no hostess at the stand. The manager told us someone would be with us shortly but didn’t offer to seat us herself, so we eventually took two seats at the bar. The bartender was clearly overwhelmed making drinks for both the bar and the dining room. She acknowledged us, let us know she’d be with us shortly, and worked incredibly hard all evening. We had no issue waiting—we were watching the World Cup match and were in no rush. What was frustrating was that the manager repeatedly told the bartender to help us but never stepped in herself. Something as simple as bringing menus or water would have gone a long way. The food was equally disappointing. We started with the lemon shrimp and a bottle of Pellegrino. The shrimp were overcooked, and the sauce tasted bitter, with some bites tasting almost burnt. I ordered the swordfish special, which was dry and overcooked, and the baked potato was rubbery. My husband ordered the lobster mac and cheese, which was dry, bland, and lacked flavor. When the bartender finally had a free moment, my husband politely explained that he didn’t enjoy the lobster mac and would like to order something else instead. The bartender was kind and apologetic, but the manager came over and immediately scolded us, saying she had “been standing there the whole time” and that we should have said something sooner. The problem is that while she may have been standing behind the bar, she never once checked on us, asked how our meals were, or even noticed our empty Pellegrino bottle and glasses. Instead of trying to make things right, she made us feel like we had done something wrong. She then stood in the kitchen doorway discussing us with the staff while they all looked in our direction, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point I wondered if we had somehow overstayed our welcome, but there were still about 45 minutes until closing. My husband ordered a different entrée, which was much better than the first. We also ordered another bottle of sparkling water and dessert. Overall, though, the food was underwhelming—especially considering the prices. The final disappointment came with the bill. Even though the lobster mac was sent back because it was inedible, management only took half off the dish rather than removing it entirely. We were essentially charged for a meal that was returned while also being made to feel guilty for not liking it. The bartender did everything she could under difficult circumstances, and she was the bright spot of the evening. Unfortunately, poor management and mediocre food turned what was supposed to be a rare date night into a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t return or recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful ambience. Fun service. The steak was so bad. We had filet mignon and the porterhouse. Tough, stringy, bland. Cardboard. It was definitely previously frozen. The Ceasar salad had nearly 0 dressing. Ordered all 3 steak sauces, they tasted the same and were boring, very bland. Sautéed spinach - bland. Mushrooms and onions - bland. My stomach got upset after my steak. Seriously. I was still at the restaurant. The toliet paper was upside down. I know thats petty. But its true. Toliet paper - bland. Dude. Go to Longhorns before here. However, this is an old Cocoa Beach steakhouse. The decore is cool...

This was our second visit, and we won't be going back due to poor food quality on both visits and an insulting drink charge, which I'll explain below. On our first visit several months ago, my mahi was cooked well but over-seasoned, and the portion size was rather small for the price. The vegetables were mediocre (I'll explain more about that below). My wife's steak was poorly seasoned. They took half of it back and only charged us half price for her steak, so it was well handled by the server. On our visit last night (6/20/26), we both had crab-stuffed shrimp, which was recommended by our server. The shrimp was small, probably not-locally sourced (certainly NOT Gulf shrimp), over cooked, and not stuffed. Each shrimp was split open, and half of at least some of the prawns were missing. Are they using half of the shrimp for other dishes? Their crab stuffing was only crab-flavored stuffing with no visible crab meat in it. This was for a $35 plate with three decently-prepared small scallops. The seasoned vegetables were a little over-seasoned and not served with much Au Jus in a separate plate section, so they weren't great (visit Icabods Dockside in Melbourne for great sauteed vegetables). The bread, advertised as baked in-house, was fine to me, but my wife felt it wasn't as good as we'd been served by several other area restaurants and that it might not even be made there. The Ceasar salad was fine (and didn't come with the meal, $13), but the croutons, also advertised as being made in-house, seemed like a Sysco (or similar quality) product. Texas Toast croutons from Walmart are better! The Lobsteraki was great both times, but you can't be known for having one nice appetizer and expect diners to return. At the start of the meal, I accidentally knocked over a delicious martini, which was well prepared by the bartender. The staff didn't clean up the spill, including the broken glass. We cleaned it up using our napkins. They brought me a new drink, but they charged me for the spilled one and the new one! What?! I took three sips and accidentally knocked a drink over on a $200 check ... COMP the drink! It was an honest accident. That's very upsetting. We won't be returning to Gregory's. In this case, it's two strikes and you're out!
