- MSMidlife Mayhem ShowAug 2, 20261.0I came into this location just a few minutes ago to order a coffee and get some donuts. This would have been my first DD experience since I normally go to Starbucks. Went to use the bathroom first because we're from Ohio and just got to Cocoa Beach- and opened the door to one of the workers sitting on the toilet on his phone. The door wasn't locked so it was a complete surprise and I quickly shut it and walked away. Went over to the register to place an order when he came out and said he wasn't using the bathroom, not to worry, I didn't see anything. So then my guy goes into the bathroom and I ask that male worker what he would recommend since it's my first time there. I wanted a sweeter coffee like something with mocha in it. I got a sarcastic reply and was told not to order anything because it's all artificial and he really didn't feel like making anything. Yeah. Never again will I go back there, and my first DD experience was ruined. What horrible service. I didn't try anything, nor would I after that. Oh, the restroom (when I went in to use it) was nasty, dirty, and had zero toilet paper. That guy shouldn't have a job in customer service. Period. What a rude dude. 😞 Ugh.
