  First time I tried going to drive thru the line was extremely long. This time it was short since it was very early. I was told to pull ahead and wait for my hash browns, but the car behind me kept beeping wanting me to move (no one was telling them to stop and that I was told to pull up and stop there). Then I get my meal and the hash browns were cool and gross (I ate half of one), the cheese on my bec croissant was cold. Over all if I had time i would've gone in and asked them to redo the meal, but I was on a time deadline so I ate the sandwich and drank some of the coffee.

  I am regular costumer here and for most of the time the food is great but I have to leave this bad review here since what happened was upsetting. Thurday April 7, 2026 I felt like eating at Dunkin’s and I ordered at 8:45pm before their closing time at 9pm. I ordered a protein banana latte and the cloud dunka latte, that came out great. The young lady at the register did NOT give me a receipt, but I know she took the order correctly because i was able to see the sticker sing on the sandwich bag said “1 Chicken bacon croissant” (which you will see in the picture Im going to upload with this review). Instead of chicken i got an egg (a very old one) I paid $30 bucks for this order and could not even eat my sandwich. The black person working at the kitchen not sure if male or female, can’t remember, was the one that prepared the order, he or she was a little chubby and the girl taking the order is thin, not trying to offend anyones’s physical. Instead just describing them the best i can. My message to you is to always check your order, especially when is late so you dont get surprises when you get home. Which i always do but I didn’t expect it from this place.

  I cannot give the customer service at this DD a lower rating. I waited in line 15 minutes to order a coffee and a hash brown. I received my drink at the window and waited for the food, at which time, without even looking at me said “have a nice day maam” and when I told her I ordered hash browns she told me it wasn’t on the order, which would have been no fault of my own, Which would’ve been no fault of my own, and should have been a simple fix. She refused to correct the issue because “she has a whole line,” as if I wasn’t aware because I’m the one who just waited 15 minutes in it.
