The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that the manager i am used to being helped by at this location treats me very friendly and knows me by name and she always makes sure my experience at this location is top notch. My last visit will be my last im afraid. On Saturday September 5th at 9:52 am my experience was negative enough to never spend more money at a taco bell period. I ordered 4 value menu items and one 8 dollar burrito. The 8 dollar burrito had sour cream which I take off. I go to counter for them to fix. They inform me thats how I ordered it. I go oh okay, shrug and walk away. As im getting ready to throw everything away the manager there offers me a coupon for a taco. Now why would a coupon worth a dollar make me come back after I am currently standing inside the business and am throwing away a almost 9 dollar burrito. Hell no im not coming back. I can acknowledge it was my mistake during ordering but the good manager im used to being helped by would have noticed I took all the sauces off of everything else, I took one of the two sauces off of the burrito that I had issue with. Any decent worker would have double checked if I ordered it correctly, in fact the good manager has done exactly that so I do not understand why they couldn't check especially when I was fhe only customer inside or thru drive thru at the time I was there. Or in the very least value my experience enough to just remake it. It would cost the company like 3 dollars to do and have me return and spends hundreds more over repeat visits. This last bit wouldn't bother me if things went well. But things didn't go well and this seemed like an added reason. And the solution offered me was petty rule following so I will be as petty. While I waited for my food ALL employees+manager were talking about smoking weed at a yelling volume, not even loud talking. They were yelling it loud enough to hear it sitting on tbe other side if a wall and the soda machine. And when I went to ask for my burrito to be fixed every employee+manager were ducked into a hidden corner that they all emerged from together and to me from my perspective as the customer I can only assume they were getting high and maybe if they weren't stoned they would have read the moment correctly and simply remade my burrito and all of this could have been avoided. But they didn't and I had a bad time eating inside this place so much I will not return. I cant spend more money at a place where I have to throw 9 dollars away. Alsp nothing at taco bell should cost more than 5 dollars anyway. AND if I take stuff off an menu item the item should cost less based on the cost of that ingredient i removed, charge me more when I add something is fine but the opposite should happen then, I shouldn't have to pay for the meat of a double meat burrito if I intend to take the meat off and substitute with potato, it's a double standard that is greedy and I will not do more business based on my visit and the greedy nature of the menu.

If I can give ZERO STARS I would ... this places acts like u taking $ out thier own pockets .. I order a chicken cantina taco and was given a soft taco with NOTHING .. it literally had 1 strand of cabbage and very Lil meat hardly any lettuce . Cmon really we work hard for our money and decided to spend it on this CRAP food ..and the service ... when I asked for hot sauce I didn't ask for 50 packages thrown on top of the food like it was fun to dig thru it to see if my order was right ...this is the taco bell in clermont fl ... cuz the one I live next too in poinciana is great and worth the buy ... here don't waste ur money

My kids are regulars here, so we frequent. Tonight my fries weren't in the bag so I had to call and drive back. I am in shock at what I received. I ordered a regular size and got exactly that minus about 10 fries! What happened to the days when your order is screwed up and they make it right? Wow And this is $2.99. That's why I never eat here. Only my kids

At takeout the young lady asked if I wanted sauce to go with my 6 taco supremes, I say yes can I have the hottest one you have. I got home and there were 4 packs of mild in the bag. I find it difficult to believe anyone is that dense so I can only conclude she deliberately gave me too few packets of the incorrect sauce. It's it because I declined to donate to the charity? Not sure but it's not good service 🤥 Won't be going back there anytime soon.

Usually I love taco bell, it ine of my guilty pleasures when I get back to the USA 🇺🇸. However, this trip i got in late and went to get a #5 and 2 bean burritos, greatly looking forward to the Mexican Pizza (my favorite). However, when I got home, there was no Mexican Pizza and my Burrito's where both falling apart. Just depressing end to a long day traveling and I was to tired to go back... oh well.
