    Portillo’s is one of those places that is just fun to visit. The atmosphere gives you that classic 1950s diner feeling, almost like stepping back in time, with the music, decor, and memorabilia creating such a great nostalgic experience. They also have some of the best hot dogs we’ve ever had. Our family loves coming here after a long day to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and spend time together. The food is always fresh, our orders are consistently correct, and the customer service has always been great. Of course, we can’t come without enjoying the milkshakes and their famous chocolate cake too! Between the food, the music, the memorabilia, and the overall atmosphere, Portillo’s makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another era. It’s a great place for families, great food, and making memories together.

    It was my first time here and to be honest I was nervous about the food. But I loved Vivianne she was so sweet and kind!

    Cashier/Order taker did not greet us or thank us for our order. Fried were mushy. Sandwich over dipped. Was never even asked if I wanted it dipped. Root beer was out.

    Being from Chitown this place is hit or miss. Portillo used to be the best, but since it changed ownership not so much. It one is different and the ones in Florida don't even come close to the original taste especially the beef. The taste is very much not there. So sorry u never got the chance to taste what it was really like.

    First timer and loved the overall experience. The decor and customer service, pretty cool and top notch. The two hot dogs I tried were really good and the French fries were delicious. I also tried the rodeo burger. It was very tasty BUT like others have said, Very greasy. The bottom bun felt like eating a sponge and it drips down your hands. Other than that, very clean place and very friendly staff. Definitely would come back for the hot dogs and French fries 🍟
