  I’m honestly not sure why this location has only a 3.4 star rating. If you’re reviewing a chain restaurant, I think it should be judged based on how well that location delivers what you expect from the chain, not by comparing it to completely different restaurants. I rarely leave reviews (I think this is my 3rd now?), but I’ve ordered from this location several times since it opened. My food has always been prepared quickly and has come out exactly how Papa John’s should when it’s done right. I’ve been ordering Papa John’s for over 20 years now, although it’s far from the only pizza I eat. I order from other chains and mostly locally owned pizza places too, so I have plenty to compare it with. Saying “over 20 years” also just made me feel incredibly old. The only issue I’ve had was one order of cheesesticks that came out a little off, with a few spots missing cheese, which I’ve never seen happen before but it wasn’t a big deal. What actually made me want to leave this review was the customer service I witnessed during my latest visit. An elderly man using an electric mobility cart was placing an order at the counter and needed some extra time. The employee helping him was incredibly patient, and more importantly, the patience felt genuine. There was no visible frustration, rushing, eye rolling, or sense that the customer was inconveniencing him. Having managed plenty of people in customer facing industries, I can usually tell when someone is sincerely patient versus when they’re just trying to hide their annoyance. What impressed me most was what happened when the man finished ordering. Before he had even put his wallet away or started heading toward the exit, the employee realized that opening the door would probably be difficult for him and immediately offered to help. The customer never had to ask, and the employee didn’t wait until he was already struggling with the door. He simply recognized what the man would need next and volunteered to assist. Some people may call that basic decency, but it’s rare to see nowadays. It’s even rarer to see someone help so naturally, without acting like it’s an inconvenience or only doing it because someone is watching. This employee showed genuine patience and kindness, and that deserves to be recognized. So, I got great food as usual and also witnessed genuinely great customer service. As a side note, this was my first time trying the cheesy garlic bread. It was definitely very cheesy and had plenty of garlic, but personally, I still think the regular cheesesticks are much better. Next time I’ll stick with my usual, lol.

  I had one of the worst experiences at Papa Johns recently. The service was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted annoyed when I asked a simple question about my order. The wait time was much longer than promised, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was barely warm. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I’ve ordered from Papa Johns many times before and never had an issue, but this location has serious problems with basic customer service. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this Papa Johns if you want decent service.

  Ordered online as I walked in to pickup the employee came from the back with both hands on the broom. Not very sanatary could be the same hands making ur pizza. I ordered was extra sauce on the pizza it was so dry i almost choked I don’t think I would be convinced to eat at papa John’s anymore
