  Our family absolutely loves Papa John’s, but this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had. We were on a family vacation, so I ordered 6 pizzas, 2 cheesesticks and 1 regular breadsticks. When I picked the pizzas up, they had the front door open because the AC was broken and about 10-15 employees crammed into that small building. I felt so bad for them until I got back to our Airbnb and realized that even with that many people working, they still managed to burn all 6 pizzas, the 2 cheesesticks and the breadsticks were hard as a rock! I left feedback through the link on my order and the store General Manager, Kyle Lucas, emailed me back saying he would like to make things right for me. I emailed him back with the pictures of my burnt food, and sent 2 follow up emails after not hearing back from him for a few days. It has now been 10 days and I have yet to get any response back from him. This is a horrible location and I would strongly suggest that if you enjoy Papa John’s as much as we do, drive an extra 10-15 minutes to the other one, or just go to another pizza place altogether.

  The service is appalling. They use the same gloves they cook with to operate the order-taking computer. The person who served me was unpleasant and surly the entire time. A chain this famous ought to provide better staff—or at least employees with a better attitude toward service.

  Pizza was good. Unfortunately apart from that everything was not. I’ve never been to papa John’s before so on arrival I asked for half peperoni for my kids, and asked for a recommendation for the other half but received a “we just seek normal pizza ingredients”. Place was not unorganized, staff on cashier and preparing food dirty, my order took more than 20 minutos and it was handed to me when they finally approached the counter to ask me and realizas my pizzas was just sitting there and no one gave it to me. Def would not recommend this location.
