- RHRachel HackettSep 26, 20265.0If I could give more stars for service I would… I visited in August and was unfortunately double charged on the kiosk. I called a day or two later and the manager on the phone said she would follow up and see what she could do. About a week and a half later, I called back for an update and she said they didn’t have record of the double charge, but that if I came in she would help me. My work schedule is all over the place and I knew I wouldn’t have an opportunity to come in for a while. Tonight I was able to come in and show my receipt, call log from when I contacted the store, and showed the double charge on my card. I felt very awkward about asking for help, but Wesley was so patient and understanding and was so kind and helped me out. I was so anxious and shaky because I didn’t want to be a bother, but I really appreciate him helping me. There was also a girl who was a cashier who said she was new, she was also very kind. I appreciate the care they took to help me with something I felt very uncomfortable doing. Thank you for the simple human kindness and understanding, it really goes a long way!

- RTRichard TanSep 1, 20265.0Five Guys is definitely one of our go-to places when we’re craving a burger and don’t mind spending a little more than normal fast food. We’ve been to this Clermont location quite a few times and it’s been consistently good. The burgers always taste fresh and I like being able to basically build them however you want. We’ve never had much of an issue with orders being wrong and the food normally comes out hot. And obviously you can’t talk about Five Guys without mentioning the fries. You order a regular amount and somehow still end up with enough fries in the bottom of the bag to feed another person. I’m definitely not complaining about that. The employees at this location have always been friendly and the restaurant has been clean whenever we’ve eaten there. Even when they’re busy, the food usually comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The only downside to Five Guys is that it definitely isn’t cheap anymore. But I also don’t really put it in the same category as a basic fast-food burger. The quality is noticeably better and the portions are good. When we want a really good burger and more fries than we probably need, this is still one of our favorite spots in Clermont.
