  I’m not one that normally will write a review but I have to say that I was highly impressed with my visit today!! They had a small line at the kiosk and as one of the front guys came around the corner he saw us waiting and offered to help us at the register. He was very patient with us since we haven’t been there in YEARS so we were unsure what we wanted. Our food came quickly and looked just like the pictures! Everyone was so friendly and attentive! The restaurant was VERY clean! U don’t see this kind of environment anymore and I want to give a huge shout out to this location! Good job management your team rocks!!!!!

  Ordered a takeaway pizza online and it was easy and quick. Pizza was delicious and price was fair. Also, shoutout to the young man who came took the pizza to my car even though he didn’t have to.

  Sophia was amazing, the most attentive and interactive server I’ve ever had at a restaurant! This was my first time here and definitely not my last will be back asap!

  We unfortunately do not have Fazoli's where we live, we look forward to stopping here a couple times a year. We've had positive visits the last several times. Long story short, I want very much to keep the 5 star ratings previously left. However, I simply can't this time. Here's the deal, it would seem your staff has changed, not for the good. The lady who took our order was mumbling, we could barely here her....what we heard was actually rather rude to be honest. She also brought out our food as well, her damn finger was in my pasta. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO SERVE THE FOOD!!! I'm done with this place, poor management I'd say....our $ and where we spend it actually matters to us!
