Boy did it not disappoint! Other than the absolutely rude guest that chose to complain out loud to the poor young lady server breadsticks, my family and I will be back to this establishment very soon! The breadsticks….HOT, melt in your mouth! The pizza……crispy, yet soft, and HOT! The pastas……massive portions and HOT! The hospitality stood out the most for my family and I. One young man was able to pick up on where we were from because of his social skills. The conversation we shared with him made our dining experience go up a one more whole level! A highly recommend this Fazoli’s if you want a nice classic and simple Italian family meal.
- JRJoshua RosarioAug 10, 20261.0Whoever was working drive through on Monday around 7pm, just awful work, first time around she already has an attitude, after saying FAZOLIS doesn’t bake the Alfredo lol, after we got that out the way we also asked for the Italian sandwich with only meat and cheese nothing else, she said ok, of course it’s not what we asked for at all, so we go back around being very kind about it, comes on the speaker with a attitude, we come to the window and all she does is grab the sandwich back without saying a single thing and shuts the window, after a while we finally got our sandwich:)
