- EKEvelyn KnechtJul 4, 20265.0I was visiting the Clermont area and got hungry. I decided to eat at Fazoli's when I saw it on the road. I went in and the place sparkled in cleanliness. I went up to order food and had a wonderful experience in having my order taken. When the food came to the table, it was beautifully hot, absolutely fresh, I saw my food as a bubbly delight. The breadsticks ere as fresh as they could get and had the appropriate amount of seasoning on it. Perfection. Two times during the dinner, management and the young lady behind the counter who took the order came to check to see if everything was ok and if anything was needed like more breadsticks. I was seriously amazed. If I had to grade this experience I would have to give it a 11 out of 10. I can't wait to take a ride again to that area to visit again. Also, Bri the manager was so very nice too! I wish every other Fazoli's was as good as this one! Thank you all! Last but not least, the Wednesday Senior meal special is a great value!

Tony does a great job cooking the food and Melody does amazing job placing the orders. Once again this is a true example of Great Customer Service. The manager there is doing a Fantastic job.
