  The drive through worker refused to assist me with finding out what was in their food; they claimed to not have an allergy menu and refused to check or get anyone, while every other Dunkin’ doughnuts does have an allergy menu; they then asked me “do you want the donut or not?” To which I said no because I have allergies and drove away. The service here is horrible.

  At first service at drive thru speaker was great & patient. Then at the window things changed quickly. Person making drinks was annoyed because I simply said oh they were both supposed to be daydream the girl making drinks rolled her eyes & was clearly annoyed. Then went to remake drink the correct way - daydream & came back with the refresher NO MILK (Daydream comes with milk). I said it was still wrong she rolled her eyes slammed the sliding doors closed and complained behind the doors. I was very patient to that point. But come on, if you don’t like your job & don’t listen to the customers request the 1st time why is it our fault. This place is always changing staff & again at 1st I thought wow we have good service, but nope.

  This Dunkin location always provides the best service and serves the best tasting coffee. This time was no different. Sandra was great. I will always come back to this specific spot

  Forgot to ask them not to toast my croissant sandwich, but still good. Tried a bismark donut, yum.
