- LIL IMay 13, 20265.0I visit this location specially because of the employees Rosa is amazing she knows me by my voice via the drive thru that a plus in customer service Sueliy my her energy is one AMAZING one she’s so upbeat she’s my pre boost of energy before my coffee There’s a gentleman in the morning with the longer curly hair at the drive thru can’t recall his name but he as well is so great! Thank you all for the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. Rosa thank you for mastering my order and voice! Definitely excellent store and staff!

I’ve had my coffee come without espresso, sandwiches that have came completely incorrect and when I try and get the correct order it’s still made wrong. I’ve only had issues with the this place only in the past 2 months. Not sure what’s happened but I hope it gets resolved soon so I can start going back

And I love Dunkin in general I love coffee and when I want good coffee, I go to Dunkin’ Donuts for their original blend. If I want something more jazzed up. I tend to go to Starbucks. It is what it is. But this is the slowest service and worst attitude Dunkin’ Donuts ever. The people that they have employed are slow as molasses even on a morning that only had two cars in the drive-through and nobody in the parking lot. They just don’t care. And that is evidence of poor management. If management cared about their employees, the employees would care about the customers. That’s simple business math.
