    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your Dunkin’ location at 511 US-27, Clermont, FL, on June 30, 2026, around 10:00 AM. I ordered a coffee, but after receiving it, I noticed it did not taste right. I returned and politely asked if it could be remade. Instead of remaking it, the manager simply added more coffee into the same cup and made a sarcastic comment, saying, “Well, you drank half of it already.” I explained that I kept tasting it because I was trying to figure out whether the coffee was actually wrong or if I was mistaken. I then had to return again because the coffee still wasn’t right and ask for cream and caramel flavor on the side. At that point, the manager said she would remake the whole coffee, but stated that it would be “the last time,” with an unnecessary attitude. What made this situation worse was what happened afterward. When I asked for my receipt, I was told it was “long gone,” which made me feel as though I was being prevented from properly documenting my visit. As I was leaving, the situation became even more uncomfortable. The general manager repeatedly told me her name was Rosa, even though I had not mentioned filing a complaint. At the same time, one of her employees said, “It’s okay, we were busy today,” in a condescending tone. I told Rosa directly that I was not putting in a complaint, but both she and the employee continued making these remarks. Their behavior felt antagonizing and made me feel singled out and attacked when I had done nothing but ask for my order to be corrected. My issue is not only with the incorrect coffee, but with the unprofessional, disrespectful, and confrontational way this entire situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and proper service, not sarcasm, shortcuts, or to feel intimidated for raising a concern. I believe this matter should be reviewed seriously, especially regarding customer service standards and management conduct at this location. I would appreciate a response and information on what steps Dunkin’ plans to take to address this issue

    Just had a horrific experience at this Dunkin. This is already probably one of the worst Dunkin's I have been to however today was the last straw. I had ordered the Oreo Cloud Latte. I took one sip and knew I had to turn around. It tasted like there were chemicals in the coffee. My wife had tasted it as well to make sure I wasn't crazy. We went back and they told me it was just the Oreo flavor so I got a plain coffee as a replacement... and it tasted the same. In a previous experience my wife has had mold in her breakfast sandwich so not sure if the coffee had spoiled or the milk, but regardless the coffee was undrinkable. Expired food or chemicals from improper cleaning is going to end up getting someone very sick. Avoid this location at all coasts! Your life depends on it.

    My son got sick from eating the food here . So either the staff was dirty or where they cook the food in was . He only eats hashbrowns and donuts . Never again will I visit this location

    I visit this location specifically because of the employees Rosa is amazing she knows me by my voice via the drive thru that a plus in customer service Sueliy my her energy is one AMAZING one she’s so upbeat she’s my pre boost of energy before my coffee There’s a gentleman in the morning with the longer curly hair at the drive thru can’t recall his name but he as well is so great! Thank you all for the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. Rosa thank you for mastering my order and voice! Definitely excellent store and staff!
