  This Chipotle sucks. Their chips suck. The pinto beans looked DEAD. When i asked if they had different ones they said "no, this is what we had" The chicken tastes weird. Yeah. Just go to cagans crossing.

  Young lady had attitude when asked to please scoop rice out of the freshly made one that had just arrived (there was only about a scoop left in the old container), then as my wife went down the line with our daughter and the 3 bowls they closed the last bowl that only had rice, pinto beans, and chicken. My wife turned away so that our daughter could say what else she wanted in her bowl but never had a chance. If you're not a people person or are just having a bad day then please still be professional towards people at work. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location. All 3 times we've experienced similar situations but didn't want to assume after the first visit but with 3 being the same, I'm sorry but it's a problem. This is the 1st time I decided to rate them as all visits have been 1's, sorry but their won't be a fourth. I'll drive the extra few minutes to the location on hwy 50 as you should too. Not that they care.

  Walked in to get dinner and walked out. The place is absolutely filthy. Food everywhere, on the counters, walls, floor. Dirty pans and wet nasty wash clothes near food. I am truly scared for anyone to eat here. As a public service, I'm tempted to report this to the state since it is so bad. As a health care worker...that place is very concerning. Be safe... dont eat here... there is no way they are up to regulatory standards.

  I had used this chipotle before and everything was fine but during this recent visit their hygiene was disgusting. All the counters were covered in food that was not wiped in it looks like hours, the person helping us was absolutely straight up rude. To top it all off the person handled cash from another customer came back and touched our food using the same gloves. That was last straw. If you value hygiene I don’t recommend coming to this chipotle
