  I witnessed two people that worked there start yelling at each other and the manager yelling at an employee, and then shut down the restaurant early, we love chipotle this is the worst run location in the last 10 years. I’ve been going to chipotle, the bad thing is it’s only six blocks in my house now, corporate needs to straighten this out because the food is way too salty, the portions are never the right amount and overall just a poor approach to this brand!!! Look at the portion below I asked for extra cheese and extra rice and there’s barely any steak in there!’

  This location is incredibly inconsistent. Some days I will get a huge bowl with good size proportions and nice, fluffy rice and tender steak. Other days I will get toddler sized portions of dry, crunchy rice and rock hard steak. I understand this is a newer location but it’s been over a year now. The employees should have better quality control training because half the time the food is not cooked correctly, especially the rice. And nothing ruins a Chipotle bowl like undercooked rice. Even though this location is closer to me, I will go to the Chipotle on E HWY 50 as their food is more consistent.

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so horrendous that I felt compelled to share it. The majority of the staff was friendly and professional. However, one employee—a younger white/Hispanic male with long, unkempt hair—provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Beyond the concern of his hair being in my food, his attitude was EXTREMELY unprofessional. When I politely asked for a little extra sour cream, he responded by dumping an excessive amount onto my bowl in what felt like a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. It was completely unnecessary and left a very negative impression. Management should address both his customer service and overall professionalism. As someone who manages a team at a local dealership, I understand that one employee can significantly impact a customer’s perception of a business. Unfortunately, this experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. A WASTE OF MONEY
