Very disappointed today. I come to this location because it is usually clean. Today it was a mess. Everyone seemed to be on break or socializing. I saw one female employee give someone to the finger. No one was at the grill. The woman in front of me walked out because there was no steak and no one offered to get any. It's a shame because I would drive out of my way to come to this location.

Where do I begin with this review? First off, I don’t intend to make this insulting to any individual, whether window employee or manager/owner. They’re all people, deserving of respect for who they are. My issue is with the quality on one particular occasion and one employee’s attitude during our drive through “visit”. I’ve never rated a Chipotle, because their brand standards are typically top notch. Whomever owns this franchise needs to go on “Undercover Boss” and sample what’s coming out of their kitchen, because for a new restaurant to already be having these problems, the issue goes deep…maybe to the ownership itself. On Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at about 6:15, I placed a pickup order. It was one kids meal, with extra chips and Guac, so take that for what you will. The food was not fit for human consumption. I will repeat: inedible. I’ll list the ingredients so you’ll know. 2 unmade wraps (fine, you make them yourself at home or kids can) that were stale, peeling apart and extra chewy. If you like to chew your food to beyond mastication you’re set! Guac: ok, but turning brown already. Veggies: tastes reheated. Fruit: a tiny mandarin orange about the circumference of a silver dollar. Once peeled, it had a horrid “old” taste which was promptly transported from mouth to trash. Chips & Guac: chips were chewy also…a trend here. Some tasted wet, others were just flat out OLD as if they were yesterday’s. If they were baked fresh, they were apparently laid out on the kitchen floor during the day, waiting for someone to sweep them into a dustpan and put them in bags to sell. I wouldn’t give them to my dog. I love my dog. lol. Hint: store them in a large TOPPED lexan, and scoop to order. The bags are costly over time IF the restaurant is truly trashing them at the end of the night, which they should be, since they advertise “made fresh daily”. To top it off, the service was as good as the food. Drove up to the drive in lane, rolled down the window and the lady working the window just shouted “NAME?” Were it me, instead of my wife, I would have said “Hi, how are you” in response to that, to make her do it all over again. We said “Hope you have a good day!” to zero response. I’m not even gonna bother here again. Chipotle hopefully has better standards than this restaurant. If I were the boss, I’d say shut it down and go through training again, before teaching food standards, service, cleanliness, all of which I’m a professional at (literally, with my certifications and college degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management). I could teach these people how to improve their business, but I’m afraid they’ll go out of business too soon to make a difference based on the previous reviews.

This location should be a star location given how new it is. Unfortunately we had a bad experience today. The staff was kind to us, so nothing against them. For starters, the lettuce on display looked like it had been there a week. The level of salt on the chips, rice and the guacamole was so high that it made it almost impossible to eat. The place could use a real good cleaning. I saw a staff member standing and doing nothing instead of using his valuable time to clean the place. Perhaps the staff needs more training. I hope the management can make some changes and better the staff training so the product tastes better and the place has a cleaner atmosphere. Best of luck! I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for many years and I’m sad to see the current state of the chain.

Stopped in for dinner started making our meals when my wife asked for black beans the lady kinda tossed the weight, wrote her eyes and walked to a different station station. Grab the beans and then came back. Got to the section where you put in Moore options they had no corn, no cheese no queso no salsa and the Lady wouldn’t try and go restock or just said they were playing out of it and kinda had a crappy attitude. Literally said “what you see is what you get”. If you were really out of cheese, then your managers and GM need to do a better job at ordering their appropriate food or just letting people know. At minimum the staff should be posting a sign on the door saying they’re out of things. Definitely won’t be back to this location one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been at.

Once again found myself at the Collina terrace chipotle. I came in at 8:45pm and it was clean, high energy, and the young man who made my order, TK, was awesome. We were talking about our kids as he made my food on a clean line, and at the end of the order- my bill came out to $3. I asked if there was a mistake, and he took his glove off, shook my hand, and told me there wasn’t a mistake and to have a great day. TK couldn’t possibly have known that we had a rough week this week at our house, and this little act of kindness on a $10 veggie bowl was an act of hospitality that you don’t expect to experience in a fast casual restaurant. I own several businesses in town, and I sincerely hope our company is making small impacts on people’s day in the way TK made a small impact on my little family’s day today.
