  Really bad service. Still having a hour to close and they are out of everything and the excuse is that is the end of the night so please change you schedule in the door and in the apps because if at 10 you don t have half of the ingredients why you will be open until 10. Is not the first time it happen it does not matter if is 9 pm the always out in half of the options. It’s a waste of money

  Our experience at this Chipotle was so bad that I’m currently in the process of finding out the name of the owner. When we saw the state of food prep - bins empty, pieces of food everywhere- we should have left, but we stayed. There were 4 workers, but hardly working. The person on the grill was grilling, but did nothing after to address the 15 dirty food bins on his station. The person filling counter orders was working, but angry and doing the absolute least to fill orders. The worker who arrived when we did chatted it up, got himself a Coke, did a few things. The person who we think may have been shift lead was doing NO leading or directing, while 3/4 of the tables in the dining room were dirty, the soda machine area covered in dried spills, bins in the line empty, the food line covered in dropped food, and the floors in need of attention. We had to get up and leave before we could no longer control our teacher - and former fast food workers! - voices. We might have talked to the manager on the way out, if we could have discerned who was in charge…None of the workers cared about doing their jobs and that’s the core of the problem.

  Food was good but the service was awful. The associate serving was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for a little more protein and she caught an attitude telling me she can only give me 2 little pieces of steak or has to charge me for a side of protein. I was like really ok no problem forget it and she started making faces and talking to another associate about me while I am standing there. Sad to say this is how customer service has become lately. I will not be returning to this place again.

  Horribly small portion, asked for double meat and got like 5 pieces added. They were out of salsa in the afternoon. Queso had dry crust on it so I didn't get any. Will never go back to this location, that was comically bad. Honey chicken was pretty tasty tho.

  Figured we would try this Chipotle since it’s newer and we never go to other locations due to cleanliness, service and quality. Sadly disappointed. We came to grab some dinner on the way home. Walked in, no one was there, but the place was filthy! Tables covered in food and water puddles on the floor around the drink station. The strangest part was that when my kids ordered quesadillas they were told no and that quesadillas can only be ordered online. So my oldest chose another meal. My youngest was able to get a quesadilla as long as he ordered it as a kids meal. I’ve just never heard of this before and wondering when that policy went into effect? I will say that the staff working were friendly enough, but yeah wont be back.
