Need better organization with the lines especially in the rain and when customers wait for over 20 minutes to be served

Chick-fil-A is usually our go to because it’s so different from any other fast food restaurant. Being told to pull forward to wait on simple menu items both times. Also not receiving utensils and straws after having to pull forward and wait is very disappointing. The food that we waited for wasn’t even hot and fresh. Definitely won’t be visiting this Chick-fil-A again.

Our food was then delivered to us before we even reached the window, in about 2 minutes. We were so impressed! Our food, as always, was delicious and fresh. We especially enjoyed the tenderness of the chicken and the freshness of the waffle fries. The staff is not only efficient, but friendly and cheerful. I like that. Great experience!
