  We had a horrible experience at this location. The server took our drink order but completely forgot my son's drink. After bringing mine, the server completely disappeared and ignored us for 26 minutes. We couldn't get anyone's attention to take our food order or even fix the missing drink. After wasting nearly half an hour being treated like we were invisible, we just decided to leave. Terrible customer service and a total lack of attention.

  “Tonight’s experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Waiting a little longer during a busy rush is understandable — but waiting an excessive amount of time with zero communication, zero urgency, and zero accountability is unacceptable. What made the situation worse wasn’t even the delay itself, it was the attitude from management. Instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to make the situation right, the manager immediately became defensive and full of excuses. There was no professionalism, no empathy, and no sense that customer service actually mattered. A simple ‘I’m sorry for the wait, we appreciate your patience’ would have gone a long way, but instead we were met with attitude and justification for poor service. The restaurant appeared disorganized, the wait time was completely unreasonable, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic. Customers should never feel like they’re inconveniencing staff simply for expecting basic service. If management sets the tone, it’s clear why the experience went downhill. I’ve worked in customer service long enough to understand that mistakes and delays happen. What separates good businesses from bad ones is how they respond when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this location failed miserably in that area. Made an already frustrating experience far worse. I would seriously reconsider coming back to this location, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent hospitality or competent customer service.”

  Hard to make this rating cause I have always been a huge fan and nothing of this review is about the actual food still great but this is now the second time in a row back to back I order told everything is there especially the celery carrots and blue cheese which is MANDATORY for my wings and 20 wings no blue cheese at all no celery no carrots that’s twice now in a row I knew I shouldn’t of trusted that guarantee . Again I love wings
