- CCCharles Candelario1 day ago1.0Ordered food, got home, completely incorrect order. Call and female manager took all my information and promised free meal to make up for mistake. I come back, male manager has never heard of this and accuses me of lying. Customer service will get in touch with me about it. Over a week, no response. Horrible service. So frustrating and disappointing.

The fries weren't ready so we got them later and because of the wait we got an extra order of fries. We chatted with Amber later, and she asked how our meal was. The food was delicious! I love BoJangles!! Would love one in The Villages!
