It's giving vibes of an abandoned mall where you're not sure if the person you're talking to is a real person or a ghost. Everything in the order was wrong in some way. Different sides, tenders instead of sandwich, none of the extra sauce that was ordered. Disappointing considering there were no other cars in the drive through. Food was decent but you're better off at Zaxby's or even Popeyes.

Fries were over-fried to the point the potato filling was almost gone. The restaurant is filthy. Air vents have black dirt around the ceiling tiles, dings and scratches all over the walls and millwork, soda station looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months. Glass had smudges and grease stains and the tile floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. Avoid at all costs!

An online order should not be pushed to the back of the line simply because it takes longer to prepare. Poor service, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Ordering ahead clearly provided no benefit.

I ended up having to buy a full sandwich just to eat the protein. Furthermore, the egg portion was incredibly small for the price, leaving me wish it was a bit more substantial. On the bright side, the service was fantastic! . I'd love to see more flexible, substantial breakfast options in the future.
