We live in Cape Canaveral and were visiting the Champions Spash Pad and lake for the day, and decided to stop in with our 2 boys, 4 and 9. We went inside, and the 2 staff members working that shift (around 2:30 pm) were SO nice- smiling, friendly, and were so sweet to our boys. I even heard them taking other people’s orders at the drive through and they were super courteous and polite to those customers as well. This definitely cannot be the same “rude” and oblivious staff that people have left bad reviews for before. These 2 deserve a raise, and I hope the franchise owner/management sees this review because they have some great employees!! And also, I didn’t catch your names, but if you see this, I want to thank you again for making our boys so happy!!

Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we've ever had. We ordered two chocolate shakes and were abruptly told, "We don't have chocolate." Surprised, we asked what flavors were available. The employee responded with a single word: "Vanilla." We then asked if strawberry was available and were told yes, so we ordered two strawberry shakes along with a pup cup for our dog. What we received was unacceptable. The "shakes" were essentially large cups of milk with a small amount of strawberry flavoring mixed in. They were thin, watery, and bore little resemblance to actual shakes. The pup cup was even worse — we were handed a small amount of product on a spoon rather than a proper pup cup. We spent $17 for nothing that we could consume. The poor quality of the food was disappointing, but the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. Looking through other reviews afterward, it appears that similar complaints have been made by other customers. It is obvious that this place has an absent franchise owner because the poor reviews have been consistent for years. There are plenty of places to spend your money in Clermont. Based on our experience, this is not one of them.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
