  Ordered online, got there about 5 minutes after the time it was to be ready. Waited another 10 minutes for the order. Order was 5 sandwiches and a slider. Asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. Only gave 2 of each. She had an attitude so just went and got the little cups, which are a pain, on a to go order. Arby's what is up with the sliders, wow they have gotten small, extremely small Didn't get the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks either.

  My husband and I had been at a concert at Sea World. The food there is so expensive. We decided to get something on the way home. It had been a while since we was at an Arby's. We came to the one closest to our home. Four Corners to the drive through. It was after 10 pm. We bought 2 double meet beef and cheese. We didn't want onion bun so we asked for sesame bun. On the menu board they were $6.99 each. When she rang it up the total was $15.61 we asked why it was more? She 1st. said, it's because of the bun. We showed her the receipt there's no charge for the bun. Then she said, oh, it's the tax. No. Because there was a $1.00 tax. Then she said, I don't know and shut the window. She didn't ask us about if we wanted sauce. As we decided not to worry about talking to her. We took a picture of the menu board before we left. We was just so hungry 😫 This happened on 5/1/26. Her name was Jordan according to receipt. And unfortunately, the sandwiches wasn't very hot. When I was younger and worked at a fast food restaurant, I always made my guests happy. So they would want to come back. Would think that's what every fast food would want. The Arby's on 192 down by Disney was 💯 better.

  We just finished eating fish at Arby's. It was the most crowded we have ever seen. Only 3 people working. The manager lady was amazing. She was running the counter, taking drive thru orders, putting together the orders, making some fries, etc. Basically everything but cooking. There was one cook who was doing great. Another guy was there and she had him doing drinks for drive thru orders. She was giving everyone directions but I'm a nice calm way instead of barking. It was refreshing to see a manager like that. Oh yeah and the food was good. We both had crispy fish sandwiches.
