  i went in to arbys, it seemed like it was closed it was theat empty and i could spell the worst thing ever and figured out it was the food so i didn’t get anything it was that bad so i just went to the toilet and there was a cleaner in there and he gave me a strange look and the toilet floor was really slippery it felt like i was ice skating and the soap was the worst smelling soap i’ve ever spelled in my life and i was basically gaging and when i got home i went to wash my hands to get the smell away but it didn’t go away and now my hands smell terrible so if you want smelly hands for the rest of your life and ice skate on a toilet floor go to arbys.

  It was a very nice experience, the food was cooked well and the fries felt crispy. The store was very clean. The air conditioning was a bit colder than expected but in general a nice experience

  Excellent customer service 👏 The drive-through attendant was amazing. I wish I knew his name because he was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. He gave us some of the best service we have ever had.

  My husband and I had been at a concert at Sea World. The food there is so expensive. We decided to get something on the way home. It had been a while since we was at an Arby's. We came to the one closest to our home. Four Corners to the drive through. It was after 10 pm. We bought 2 double meet beef and cheese. We didn't want onion bun so we asked for sesame bun. On the menu board they were $6.99 each. When she rang it up the total was $15.61 we asked why it was more? She 1st. said, it's because of the bun. We showed her the receipt there's no charge for the bun. Then she said, oh, it's the tax. No. Because there was a $1.00 tax. Then she said, I don't know and shut the window. She didn't ask us about if we wanted sauce. As we decided not to worry about talking to her. We took a picture of the menu board before we left. We was just so hungry 😫 This happened on 5/1/26. Her name was Jordan according to receipt. And unfortunately, the sandwiches wasn't very hot. When I was younger and worked at a fast food restaurant, I always made my guests happy. So they would want to come back. Would think that's what every fast food would want. The Arby's on 192 down by Disney was 💯 better.
