  This is our local 7brew. We’ve always visited this location. And never had a problem until today. This is the location in Clermont, FL by Sprouts and we were lied to about the 7brewdoh. We’ve already contacted corporate but here is our experience. There was a blonde woman with a white baseball cap directing traffic. We got close to the front and she stopped at our window and said “we don’t have any more squishes but we are still doing the 2 for $9 medium.” We said okay and pulled forward. The next girl, who took our order ALSO SAID they were out of needoh’s but said we couldn’t use our free drink if we wanted instead. So we used our reward and pulled forward. Then the same woman who was directing traffic was standing next to the woman who was handing us our drinks with 3 7brewdoh’s in her hand and said “they don’t qualify for it, they used a free drink.” And my husband said, well we only did that since you guys told us 2 times you were out. We would have paid for two drinks to get it. Can we pay for our other drink? She said no. We again explained that twe ONLY did the free drink because they didn’t have any 7brewdoh’s left. Then she backpedaled and said well they were already accounted for…. If they were accounted for, why did we not get told that? If you had a few left why didn’t we get an offer? We would have gladly paid for two drinks to get the brewdoh. This is lying to your community and it is not okay. Super disappointed and I’m glad we reported it to corporate.

  Rii was super friendly at the order window and was quick to get my order taken as well as keep a friendly conversation while I waited for my drink! Great service all around

  Paris was amazing! She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and made the whole experience at 7 Brew great. She had such a positive attitude and made sure everything was perfect with our order. Great customer service and such a lovely personality. Paris definitely deserves 5 stars! 💕☕
