  First time going, its busy and I dont know there's 2 lanes and only 1 for drive thru, this young lady comes screaming and saying YOU CANT BE THERE, YOU NEED TO MOVE ! I apologize and said this is our first time coming and she proceeds to keep yelling YOU NEED TO MOVE. Worst customer service, there's always a way to speak to customers, especially when its an honest mistake. Horrible, will not come back.

  Over a month ago I received the wrong drink from 7brew I go to the clermont location often, when I brought it to employees attention absolutely nothing was done. I stopped going and decided the other day to give them another chance, usually the staff is very positive, peppy in the am except this one employee who looks absolutely miserable she barely addressed me then forgot to ask for my number for my rewards. When I asked her if she was going to ask for my number she said “no and then continued to walk to the other car” I received my drink no straw at that moment I knew I needed to speak with someone in management however I don’t think that this establishment has anyone other than 16-year-olds bopping around. When asked for a manager, I got “Tara” I explained to her my two terrible situations the last two visits she really had nothing to say, other then new staff is training etc, there was no resolution to issues brought to her attention. I will be happily going somewhere else if I want an overpriced coffee!

  Came this morning as I thought I’d join in on the free swag. The girl didn’t take my phone number. The next girl didn’t offer us a pup treat and I didn’t get a T Shirt. Won’t be back for Mother’s Day tomorrow. Dutch is closer to the house anyway. And the girls shorts are too short. Couldn’t tell she had on pants. Asking for trouble…

  We went to the new location in front of Publix by the Clermont exit. Robyn is the best worker that there is!!! So nice and full of knowledge and you can tell she loves her job!!!

  Pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee is. I really like the Blondie, the Salty, and Cookie Butter coffees. The service is also very friendly.
