  I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. Got the entire order wrong except for the drink. Asked for hot sauce and got none. Will NEVER eat there again!

  The music was great. Clean store too. Did you know a biscuit is considered one of the sides. They upped our size on our drink without asking the register charged 2.69 for the coleslaw because she said the biscuit counts as a side. You only get 2 sides. They extra charged ...what? Gave us a bigger pop glass. And did not ask which chicken. Crispy or original. It came out original. We won't go back to eat at this restaurant chain. Yuk.

  Shaquesha is rude and has zero customer service skills. Highly suggest management to remove her from interacting with customers. Perhaps another position that doesn’t require interaction with customers….
