  I ordered a Toasted grilled chicken footlong sub with light lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, olives, Cheddar cheese and extra, Parmesan cheese, pickles, oregano, black pepper, salt, oil, vinegar and spinach. They never put oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese. I couldn’t go back because I work far and have only 30 min lunch. This was a very terrible experience and would never come here again. Was not worth how much I paid for when I got the sandwich.

  The team working the lunch rush today, 5/14/26, deserves recognition for their efficiency and excellent teamwork. Even though it was incredibly busy they also provided excellent customer service. When I initially walked in and saw the line I didn’t think I would be able to get out and back to work on time. I want to express my gratitude to the team- thank you!!! (If you’re familiar with this area you know how busy lunch hour is and how difficult it is to get in and out).

  Was told I couldn't have any more pickles when I asked for extra; my maximum was 8 pickles for a footlong sandwich. We're really penny pinching pickles now??? Sad. Publix would never do me like that

  Ordered a 12" Tuna, First problem is the bread was burnt and they had nerve to serve it. But the again, why not when they can get rid of it on an app order. The customer does not see it until they are home. The Tuna was non existent. Extremely light on the lettuce and tomato. So with nothing on it and burnt bread it was disgusting. No wonder Subway has been closing so many locations. My advice is avoid Subway and especially this location.
